Our waitress was a hero! They were clearly understaffed, and they got one of our orders wrong. However, My salad was delicious. One of our dishes, the chipotle bbq, came with a powdered dry dressing. We were expecting a dip. Our waitress fixed that right away. Our margaritas were small and light, but we had a great conversation. All things considered I can only take one star because the good was really good.

Headed to this BW3 for Sunday Football. The place was super packed and the staff did an excellent job waiting on the large crowd with limited people.. we had the appetizer sampler and chicken nachos which were served quickly and efficiently. I would recommend watching football here as it's a fun atmosphere and allows you to make some new friends. Was a fun place to watch my hometown Lions lose again. 😁 Thanks Alyssa for the excellent service!

The cashier was nice, but that's about all that was good.
Food took 50 minutes (although it was quoted for 25 minutes). The order was a simple 6 bone in wings and fries. That's it. I get home and find the fries are missing.
Over an hour of my time for just a basic order and nothing good worth sharing.

We got a table right away and had an awesome time. The food was hot and fresh, everything tasted great. The service was friendly and checked on us with appropriate frequency. Our booth was clean and had a good view of several TVs. We would definitely go back!

Every time we go here the experience is completely disappointing. I don't know why we keep going back. The waitstaff is very inattentive. We waited more than 10 minutes to be offered drinks. Another 10-15 minutes before receiving said drinks and ordering. 30+ minutes waiting for our food (that came out cold). No drink refills offered during our meal. And to top it off we waited another 30 minutes after finishing our meal before we were brought our check. A manager walked by us several times and completely ignored my attempts to get his attention to ask for our check. There was barely even anyone else in the restaurant so being busy wouldn't be an excuse. The workers had plenty of time to stand in a group by the front and yak it up while ignoring all of their tables (as we clearly weren't the only ones in the restaurant annoyed with the terrible service)

Phillip the GM was incredibly tonight during the Stanley Cup Finals! Nothing makes you appreciate a restaurant more than seeing a manager bus tables, seat guests and have so much consideration! We had an awesome time tonight and will be back! :)

The food was delicious, however this location took a bit to deliver the food and seemed to only check on is ever so often. It also took a bit to get extra water and napkins. Food was good, however I've had faster service at other locations.

Very disappointed in ordering take out...the last 2 times we have been shorted on our order. We had to call back to get resolved. Wings are smaller portions then before. This is not the same, since before the pandemic. We hav been very disappointed with this restaurant. We will be trying other wing places, instead.
