This is a wonderful and friendly place. We generally visit here as a group and share this experience as a family. The food is always warm and crispy. We have always enjoyed the cod and ordered the family meals for our group(s)... Also understand that the indoor seating is limited. For us that is okay because they have great open outdoor patio and/or backyard style dinning areas that have two outdoor gas fireplaces. These areas makes it easier to sit down and spend your time sharing with one another. Then if it is just you dinning alone or as a couple that is okay too, they a great rail/ bar style seating that is great for enjoying your time alone. Again this is a wonderful place not only do I recommend it, my aging parents are always say, why don't we all go to GB's.

This place has good fish & chips. A nice indoor area and covered patio. They also have picnic type tables under the trees and a sandbox for the kids with a few toys. There was no ice on one occasion for the fountain drinks so had to ask if they had any. They got ice from the back and put it in my cup. Ended up getting a beer. Service can be slow at times but overall it’s good. The pieces of fish are good size.

How many times have I driven by this little place on Arvada and never bothered to stop for a bite? Thank goodness my friend suggested this place for dinner one evening! Really nicely cooked up fish (cod), sausage pastries, shepherd's pie, and steak fries-like chips. Clam chowder was excellent! Portions are plentiful, but the full dinner (6 pieces) seemed a bit pricey? Add in the sides with drinks and you can spend a good amount... But the food is really delicious. Lots of seating throughout and outside the restaurant. Good sized parking lot too. Recommended!

Easy 5 start for this joint.
To start, the place is adorable with a great atmosphere. Beatles playing, pictures of Winston Churchill and the Queen, and of course the Union Jack Flag. Additionally, they have a beautiful outdoor seating area.
It is a order at the register type of place with self service drinks. I love that, I wish all restaurants didn't have servers.
The food is wonderful, deep fried fish and nice hot chips. I got a full meal with drink for under $12.
I'll be back, this is my kind of a spot.

Got the combo this time. It was ok, don't care for tilapia in the mix. Quite greasy than I remember.
Fries were good and the food was hot which I really liked. Next time would just get fish or shrimp only. Staff was great and the place was clean and cozy.

Oh my gosh so cute big outdoor area I even got to bring my dog. The people are so friendly absolutely amazing the food was phenomenal I had the scallops ice highly highly suggest giving them the fries were also great I wasn’t that impressed with the coleslaw.
