The order arrived quickly and was hot. Very pleased.
I will say the app must not provide all the information to the provider. I asked to contact-free delivery, which means leave it on the porch and go. But the delivery person handed me the pizzas. This is not the first time that's happened.
Also, not a big deal, but in the app, I selected one location near my house, but the app defaulted to the location I used last time (without indicating it was doing that). The other location is about a half mile father away. Again, not a big deal, but this, along with the previous matter, point out possible bugs in the system.

As of 4/24. Late night shift needs customer service training. Extremely poor and disheartening. As a local and repetitive customer this particular store should be ashamed. Lost my business.

the lady answering the phone has the nastiest attitude for no reason and they took 3 hours to give me my food when they stated it would only take 30 minutes we will never buy from this company again !

The ease of ordering and the speed of which the delivery was made was just perfect. This Pizza Hut is my go to for pizza.

I've been ordering at this place for years but I've had the best experience there today. My order was super fresh and all of my requests were met. I had the pleasure of being served by Marcus (store manager probably on night shift) and Joseph. Absolutely best experience.

Just wow! I have never seen this in my life before, credit card fees, sure I’ve seen those, gas surcharges sure I’ve seen those too but a service fee to offset the cost of doing business in California? Wow Avoid this location at all cost pizza was just ok nothing great I’m sure there’s other places that won’t be so greedy

Rosie answers the phone as if she’s answering her own phone. Voice doesn’t sound to happy to be working. It irritates me when I have to constantly repeat myself when trying to place an order. I can not with attitude.
