Located amidst Indian restaurants, the hidden gem serves fantastic selection of Thai cuisine. We ordered four flavored fish dish which was complimented with spicy shrimp curry, a spring roll and a sweet and sour soup. The table setting was magnificent and waiting staff friendly and hospitable. Affordable place, a place everyone must try!
I like this restaurant. The waitress are very nice, it is clean and it opens late. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't keep a consistent food taste. It varies depending on who is cooking; sometimes is good, sometimes it is just average, but not bad at all. Nice portions and decent prices. If you live around the area and want to save a trip to Thai Town, this is the place to go and enjoy a nice meal.
I've recently started coming here and I enjoy the food. The best thing on the menu so far is their fried chicken and roasted duck. The coconut soup is pretty good too. They're open late so it's very convenient to come whenever I want. I will definitely be returning here to eat.
I'm a fan of this place. It's a great option for a quick dinner or takeout on the way home. It's spacious inside, tidy and clean. The staff are very friendly and I've never had bad service here. One of the best things here are there combo dinner and lunch plates. If you've ever been indecisive on what to order, don't fret, they have a lot of the menu on the combo plates. The combos come with soup, a small entree, and rice for less than $10. There is no other thai food place that I've been to that has given this much food for this price. It's unheard of.
Take out is great also and it usually only takes about 15-20 min from hanging up the phone to stepping in the door to pick up the food. It's freshly cooked and ready to go.
Now I haven't tried everything on the menu, but my go to's are Tom Kha Gai (coconut chicken soup) with the silky smooth coconut cream mixed in with long strips of chicken and mushrooms. Panang chicken curry with that great coconut curry taste that my wife absolutely loves and something that can either go horribly wrong or tremendously great. Som Tum (papaya salad). So far, I've found the Som Tum here to be one of my favorites. The sweet, salty, citrusy juice layered with papaya salad and peppers (yes, my wife and I LOVE IT SPICY). There is one thing that I've noticed that Bangkok Blvd does differently from other's I've had. Fresh Garlic! And a healthy amount of it. The fresh garlic just gives it that great little bite at the end of every spoonful, forkful, mouthful. Don't order this dish on a first date unless they're freaky like that.
Did I mention the portions are great? Come in and eat!
My new favorite. Best Thai food I've found so far. The menu is impressive, so many items to choose from and everything looks good. I've tried 3 different items so far and I'll keep going until I try everything. It's that good. Everyone should try this restaurant. If you love Thai food you have to come here. Great service also. 👏 🙂
