Worst sandwiches ever! My husband ordered 2 footlong sandwiches on Saturday 12/4 and we noticed that they skimped on the ingredients. Where are the veges? We questioned this while we were eating the subs and a few hours later he had stomach pains plus he had diarrhea. He ordered the roast beef and was it really fresh? Plus the green tea was horrible. We will NEVER go back to this Subway again! $24 down the drain!

They need to fire the Hispanic lady that is actually training everybody.I don’t know what she’s teaching people she doesn’t even know customer service her own self. I have been there multiple times and I always pray that lady is not There cuz my sandwich will not be enjoyable. This lady literally hand counts the onions jalapeños cucumbers she puts in your sandwich..Then she gets offended when you tell her that…I will suggest when you go there avoid the middle age Hispanic lady And choose any other even the newcomers that are training they will serve you better.. Today I really wanted to snap at her but it was Thanksgiving she lucky that I just took a deep breath and I just walked out.

I used to work here about a year ago and it was the worst job I've ever had, don't come here. Every time I would walk in for a shift things would be messy and out of place, not to mention the store owner is a complete tool. I moved to the Subway on Norwalk Blvd and it's much better; If you want a well-made Subway sandwich or good customer service, don't go here.

HORRIBLE customer service. I came in tonight on March 2nd 2022 at 8:50pm and it wasnt suppose to close til 9pm and she was standing right there not willing to let me in to serve me. People are struggling in a pandemic looking for work and this women isnt going to serve someone during OPENING HOURS?! So I called the subway location and she picked up the phone and wouldnt give me her name or the manager's name. Wont ever go back and I will make sure to leave a yelp review. 💯

I ordered two sandwiches and once I got home to eat it, they smelled bad and tasted expired. The ingredients served here was not fresh and looked old through the looking glass. I had to throw both my sandwiches away because it was already rotten before I even ate it. The turkey ham slices through the looking glass contained old brown liquid at the bottom. It seems like they were trying to wait to finish all the old ingredients before preparing new ones, but I don't know how old that ham has been sitting there for that liquid to be brown. I am not even sure if liquid should be there in the first place to the point where the ham started floating on top of the liquid.
