This BK served me the best looking Whopper I’ve ever had. They usually don’t look like they do on the pictures the chain publishes, but the Whopper I got at this location lived up to the promo pictures. Can’t wait to go back and get another picture-perfect Whopper & other sandwiches.

The worst costumer service I saw ever in fast food restaurants. Cashier Ricardo was racist and arrogant in his attitude. Also his manager Jose was Without personality and can't make any decision. Because of their attitude, I will not advise any one to go this branch at all. There are many BK around it.

Took 10 minutes for my order to be taken. Two order takers. They literally ignored us. No greeting. No customer service unless you were leaving. No patty in my cheeseburger, no apology, no nothing. Requested money back. Retraining is definitely needed by everyone.

Evening shift employees are some of the laziest employees on the planet. On several occassions I ordered a shake. I was either told they sold out or the machine was broken. Tonight I go there and placed my order. I ask for a shke with my order and was told to pay at the window. I thought okay I guess I'm getting a shake tonight. There were several cars ahead of me so it took awhile to get to the window. When I reached the window it was then that he told me the shake machine was broken. I was furious. Why wasn't I told that when I was placing the order. I could have left instead of waiting 20 minutes in line. I will never go to that store again.

I used to love Whoppers but now I don't. I don't know if it's all Burger King's Whopper or just this location but the one I ordered... Wow, can it get worse than cafeteria burgers? The buns were stale and falling apart, the patty tasted like microwaved frozen meat, the mayo was barely there, and the lettuce weren't fresh. If they don't get their burgers right then this Burger King might end up in the graveyard like a lot of unsuccessful restaurants in Artesia.

I only come for the convenience. I hate the paper straws! Hate the ice coffee. The cookies are dry-hard-gross! But i do love the pancakes! 👌😊💛

Came for the play place and disappointed. Not clean and toddler area has only one slide. Food and services great!
