Little Big Cup

The praline chicken was amazing, but what dish was not amazing, everything was cooked to perfection. Atmosphere was great, and even though you have to reserve a table, we were never rushed to hurry and eat and get gone. It was a great lunch date for my wife and I to get away to. The almost 2 hour drive was well worth the experience.

I made reservations for Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 6 pm. We drove 3 1/2 hours to try this restaurant after seeing the pictures on Facebook. We were greeted by the sweetest lady and she put us in the "comfy" chairs. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy. They had a buffet but we opted to order from the menu. Our server was very nice and accommodating. She answered any questions we had and was very friendly. I believe her name was Brandi, I have tried to remember. We ordered Praline Chicken, Gumbo, Bayou Fuselier Shrimp for our appetizers. We had Seafood Fettuccine and Surf and Turf Ribeye with truffle potatoes and steamed asparagus. It was amazing. We had plenty of food left over and he said the gumbo was the best he has ever eaten. It was definitely worth the road trip from Mobile, Alabama. I don't foresee this as being our last trip.

I ate at Little Big Cup for the first time and it was amazing! We tried 3 different appetizers, ALL were so very great! The crawfish cornbread was absolutely fabulous. Our server was so attentive, fast and friendly, Ms. Cynthia. Oh and I might have tried like 5 different beverages and everyone was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend eating there and planning our next visit. Ask for Cynthia, she's the best!

We drove 2 hours to eat here and we were satisfied. We made reservations for Saturday at 11am (called 2 days prior). Location: GSP took us right to the location. Located right on the road with a grocery stor across the street. Limited parking! People parked on the road. Atmosphere: Very comfortable yet charming. Rustic and worldly vintage. There was plenty of room for seating (mostly tables) and although I had to walk between tables to get to the restroom (very clean), I didnt feel right up on people (think Cracker Barrel for reference of spacing). Service: Very friendly, but somewhat too busy. Drinks and requests were forgotten, but fixed when mentioned. Our Waitress was nice. Menu: Cajun food with an elegant flair. Think gumbo, bisque, stuffed sandwiches, fettuccine, shrimp, chicken, and other seafood. We ordered mac & cheese bites, loaded fries, shrimp fettuccine, ceasar salad, pulled pork sandwich. Everything was good! We do wish the fries had more sauce on them (bbq sauce) because they were kind of dry, and the fettuccine needed salt and pepper. The portions were HUGE and we brought plenty of leftovers home. Our cost was approx. $80 (with the above mentioned food items plus tea, coke, and alcoholic drink). They also offer breakfast, buffet and other drinks. I 100% recommend trying this place. It was a good experience, especially since we have nothing like this near where we live. It's a nice place for a date, or for the family.
