Kicks Bake Shop

I love this Bakery! It’s got many different choices and their pizza is delicious! It’s a clean place and the food isn’t to expensive depending on what you get. It’s cheap but AMAZING!! I recommend this place if you want some donuts,cookies,or pizza. Maybe even hot coco in the winter or ice cream in the summer! I plan to come here more often too as well!

Ordered Godfathers personal pizza meal including a 22oz fountain soda for $5.09. After the transaction was complete I asked for the cup. Employee said they do not have fountain soda but offer 1 12 oz. can, your choice from 4 flavors. Their was no reply when I mentioned my disappiontment of being mislead by their advertisement/menu board. For this I would rate them a -5. This was the only reason why I choose not to purchase my large bakery order until the next bakery sign a saw in the next town. The customer service was amazing if you put the one response aside. The employee was very helpful. She was very kind and welcoming 5+ Therefore I rated KICKS BAKERY A 2

I was in today and was unpleasantly serviced by the rude women who was working. We ordered four tacos. We waited patiently while she serviced other customers - we were starving, nearly 45 minutes later for four soft shell tacos, which happen to be cold all the way thought. I got sick from them. $9 cold gross tacos. Please stop selling your tacos and stick to bakery items. We were so excited our food was ready but that quickly changed as she literally shoved the food at my friend and walked past without a thank you for waiting or even a smile of any kind. The bakery items were delicious! But because of how she treated myself and my friend AND every customer like we were such a huge inconvenience we will buy our lunch and snacks from the friendly gas station down the street. It’s unfortunate her bad attitude ruined our experience. We travel and work in town often and will make sure our friends, family and coworkers don’t come here. ( at least when she’s working) Dear Cashier, I sincerely hope you have a better day! Eat one of those delicious cupcakes and be thankful you can work and provide for yourself. On top of working in what could be a super fun place to be.
