Review Pizza Hut - Arlington

I called to the store to let the delivery driver know that the address I provided was a hotel. The young woman on the phone informs me that my entire order was voided 10 minutes ago because they were out of Dr. Pepper. “It’s Pizza Hut policy to void the order.” I have had multiple orders from Pizza Hut were they would just substitute the drink if they don’t have what was selected. Then she proceeds to tell me that they tried to call me on 3 different phones but my number is “disconnected”. I asked her to read the number back to me that they allegedly called and would you imagine to my surprise it was the same exact number I called the store with and was currently using to speak to her on the phone. I would have rather heard her say it was close to closing and they weren’t taking anymore orders than those made up lies.

Ordered my pizza on a Wednesday night 9:30pm for pickup. I did not wait an hour thankfully. I got thin crust and extra cheese. It came out perfect! Was delicious!

I ordered a Personal Pan Pizza using their app. Walked in and got it. Employees were friendly. Pizza was hot, fresh, and tasty. No complaints. It seems like a lot of the frustration with chain pizza places lately is with delivery (delays, shortage of drivers, accuracy, etc.). So, maybe save yourself a little headache and order via the app and carryout instead of having it delivered.

One of my thin crust pizzas was undone. The bottom of the pizza/crust was soft & doughy. All of the toppings were falling off and the pizza would completely fall apart when you pick it up. It was disgusting. After flipping over multiple slices and tossing them out, I couldn’t even stomach to eat the slices of the other pizza.

My order took a hour and 45 minutes to arrive, the pizza was cold and the wings were barely warm because they were in a container. The food was good after being heated up. But should have arrived hot...

Food was made with the right toppings but was cold on arrival. It seems to be a problem with this store no matter when you order.

Can you say speedy. Place order and they were at my door within 20 minutes hot, fresh, and friendly.

Waiting time is usually over an hour. One night it was four hours. The pizza in my last order was sloppily made, cold, and had a soggy crust.

Obviously, a large chain food store such as Pizza Hut, cares very little about customer satisfaction based upon all these negative reviews. Well, here goes nothing..... I ordered my food today, October 7th, at 5:32. I was quoted 30 minutes via the call center. Our order was not here at 6:30 so I called the call center. After speaking with a manager, she stated to call back when the order arrives so she can discount it (that was not my intention when I called). However, the order arrived at 6:47 and I decided not to call back (because honestly it's more trouble than it's worth). Well the joke is on me ... I opened my family box and buffalo sauce had spilled all over both pizzas. I called Pizza Hut back to inform them that this is unacceptable. The gentleman stated that someone would be out to retrieve my order and that they would issue a full refund! Ridiculous! So, I guess essentially 2 hours later we will head out to get something to eat, finally!

Placed my order online at 7:04 pm. Said pizza would be ready at 7:54 pm. Waited until 8:20 pm before the pizza was ready. I did not learn from my previous trip to this place over a month ago. Never again!

The front door is locked. Does the owner know ????

Took two hours to get three pizzas on a Wednesday night and the store is right across the street . I had ordered wings but they called and said they were out . Did not get the pizzas as I had ordered them. Very disappointed

About 6 months ago I placed an internet order for some pizza I went at the time I was told to go from the email and had to wait an additional 45 minutes. That was my first time from that location and my last. Today I received an email from Pizza hut saying that they missed me and offered me 30% off my order. So my kids were hungry and I have 5 boys and we eat lots of pizza so I thought I would give them another chance. Well I placed my $80 order the got my discount and went to pick up my order. It was ready on time and the lady helping me was very nice. I got home to my family and started serving them when we noticed the 36 wings I ordered were not baffalo they were sweet. So I called the phone number and was on the line with a district hotline I told them what happened to two different people and was told I had to take the wings back to the store. I didn't want to get out again so I asked if that's all they could do. Next I was put on hold then they transferred me to the store were I spoke to a lady, I told her what happened and she told me that pizza hut don't offer wings that are sweet. I said to her yes they do she keep telling me that they don't then I asked if Pizza hut sells Honey wings she said yes and then argued with me about the color of the Wings I have. She said she showed me the wings and I didn't say anything when I saw them. I told her I would bring the wings back and disrupt my family's dinner and use my gas to show them that the order was incorrect. I asked for my inconvenience wood Pizza Hut offer me any discount. She said all I would get is the wings nothing else. I've never seen a place that has made a mistake and inconvenience the family that had placed a large order and wouldn't offer some kind of a discount for their mistake. Looking through the Facebook reviews I guess I never realized that this particular location has so many bad reviews. You would think someone in upper management would see this and take care of this location. Look into replacing store management and retraining staff. Even the call center was sarcastic I don't know that I'll ever eat at this location again.

TWO HOURS?? Really? 2 hours!! ON A MONDAY SMH You could make a pizza and bring it to Batesville ms in TWO HOURS!! I'm literally 2 miles away.. YOUR STORE NEEDS A SERIOUS MANAGEMENT REVAMP.
