Ordered online. Always super quick food preparation. I love that I can get cheap day old bread. It makes great dipping bread. The #9 with peppers and the #2 as-is. I got the #9 giant size and it was delicious.

This is the worst Jimmy John's in the area. The customer service is almost always bad, with employees acting annoyed you're even in there. The food is usually poorly made, but the ingredients themselves are high quality and the bread is always delicious. The attached picture is the unwich I got today. I couldn't even eat it without a fork it was such a mess and poorly thrown together, something only this specific Jimmy John's does. I hope this location improves, but we won't be back, which is a shame considering we live so close.

Unbelievably fast, excellent sandwiches. I walked in ordered and paid (contactless), put my phone in my pocket and was handed my sandwiches. Total time in/out = 4 minutes!

I had the worst experience at this location, it really makes me want to boycott the whole franchise. I ordered through the app for extra “freaky fast” service since we were in a hurry. I promptly received a message stating my order was ready. When I went in to pick up my order, it was no where to be found & I was informed that another customer must have picked it up by mistake. Okay, I get that’s not on them. However, if you’re running a business and using this hands-off method of distributing products to customers, I do feel it is the businesses responsibility to make up for the inconvenience in some way. My order went to the end of the line and I saw multiple customers come and go picking up orders while mine was being remade (incorrectly). I know other businesses would provide some sort of discount options or free visit next time, or even a simple genuine apology would do. However, the owner (Chuck) was very rude to me when I asked for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. He snapped at me about being angry that other customers are stealing money from him & clearly was projecting this frustration onto me. I felt completely discriminated against because of the way that he went off on me (a female and woman of color), but even if that is how he would handle the situation with any customer, it was absolutely unprofessional & the worst customer service experience! I’m still in shock that he was the owner! I was left in tears, and so my partner went in to get his name after I returned to the car. The owner proceeded to make a scene and yell at my partner, discounting the 6ft distance regulation that is in place now. My partner was humiliated in front of many customers for simply asking the owner’s name. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. I fear that many others have, and continue to receive similar harmful customer service experiences here.

Deadly dangerous delivery driver (who claimed he was the franchise owner) objected to my entering an intersection on a yellow light. Proceeded to tailgate me for half a mile (nearly rear-ending me) then (in an unbelievably dangerous move) whipped around me through traffic and cut me off, apparently to show his displeasure. When confronted about his driving, he accused me of running a red light and ordered me out of "his" shop! I've forwarded my dash cam video to Jimmy John's corporate headquarters. I doubt they want anyone driving like that with a Jimmy John's logo on their car!

HORRIBLE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE. The delivery driver made a scene in my business. We get orders every day and today he had to have the person who ordered sign the receipt ok we work in a 2 story building with 500 people so going to there department does take some time. He was standing in lobby cussing, saying how many girls does it take to deliver a sandwich. Huffing and puffing scaring our patients. I will never get delivery again from this place. Very disappointing.

My order was 30 minutes late and when I called I spoke with Kristen who said “I don’t know where the order is, it said it was delivered so maybe they’re a minute away”. I then asked if I could get a coupon or a discount for the late order and she said “no, we can’t help you”. We finally get the order and the Sprite is very syrupy. Super disappointing because I love Jimmy Johns but the service was really bad.
