Rude drive through worker at 7AM on 6/22 argued with me in broken English about my order. Smirked and told me no when I asked her to correct it. I left without the food and went next door for a cheaper, comparable meal from a friendly person who spoke English.. The smirk, arrogance and refusal (which i still don’t understand) to correct the order lead to the 1 star. This person should not be a customer facing employee. Plenty of places near by that understand service.

My coworker went and got us food....let's start off with none of it was what he ordered except the drinks and fries (which were cold), he had ordered 2 ultimate cheese burgers 1 with bacon, neither was that....they had stickers on that said drive thru custom, he went inside....the workers need to pay attention

Waited in the drive through for 20min. Got my food and it was entirely wrong. The food was also cold. Went inside asked if they could replace it, they said no. Be sure to bring a linguist with you as the employees speak very little English and don't understand it very well.

Just don’t go at night. Maybe it’s okay during the day, but at night it literally takes half an hour to get food when there are 5 cars in front of you. Food is fine but the wait is an unacceptable amount of time.

It took a little while to get through the drive thru but it was worth it. The food was nice and hot. The only thing I would remind you is to make sure to ask for condiments or else it will not be given.

Burgers are always pretty fresh and delicious. Amazing curly fries. And drinks, well what can I say. They are just drinks.. 😂

Middle Eastern lady taking drive thru is rude. No eye contact, barely greet customer when pulled up to window. Puts the food far away from reach of customer. Seem super unfriendly.
Gave me wrong food one time and instead of starting with an apology, begins to blame customer saying I should have confirmed order at the speaker, when they rush thru our order without putting in entire order in sometimes.
