This location has horrible customer service. First 10 stood their for 10mins before anyone acknowledged me. While a person stood right in front of me folding boxes didn't say word she just looked at me. Then when a woman did finally help me she had the nastiest attutide. No one had on a name tag so ever that woman was with red tipped hair needs to go back though customer service training because she rude. She threw the order at me didn't say a word walked away. I would never eat at this location EVER.

I remmeber my first mr jims pizza when they first opened one up in keller tx, and as long as I can remmeber the pizza taste great and after all these years thier recipie hasn't changed much. Pizzas always looks soo good when it's hot and gooey!! Sticky fingers hands down my favorite and colorful with its ingredients. Thank you for being consistent and delicious you are always ny favorite pizza!

They no longer accept cash pizza delivery so im unable to order from thrm since i dont use a bank account. Unfortunately because the pizza was great and now i have to find something dofferent. Always SO good. I love food and I've had my fair share of pizza but if you want something quick, local, and fresh this is the place. My friends and I have even thrown down on a huge gathering before with a ton of pizza from this location, every one of them loaded with toppings and the cheese is the kind you remember growing up having watching movies with your friends, it just takes you somewhere lol Rain or shine, they are perfect They have always been so good to me from my huge orders to my pocket change quick bite Thank you so much for being in my neighborhood and working hard

I’ve been in Texas for a little over 2 years and had yet to find the perfect pizza joint. My husband and I moved in the area last year and he was skeptical about trying them again. He’s from here so he’s had them and had had a bad experience. We tried them a few weeks ago and now I have to get them at least once a month now. They’re absolutely yummy. The Chicken Premier is our favorite 🍕

Waited 2 1/2 hrs! They said it would only be 1 hour. We called when we waited about 1 hour 30 mins, the guy said it was on its way (we only live 5 mins from them) waited 30 more mins called again he said they would give us the pizzas free and to call and let him know when they got here. We go to call and the driver speeds off and the guy says we'll I needed to talk to the driver and since he's already gone we have to pay for them and that's just tough.. seriously?!? We've been buying from this place for years and get treated this way?!? Merry Christmas to us right?? NEVER AGAIN! SO RUDE!
