Seriously the worst sonic. Idk why I keep giving them a chance. Super long wait. Wrong order. Rude employees. Management is not on top of details. EXAMPLE: They have a sign promoting 99¢ drinks before 10am YET THEY OPEN AT 10am.

Worst sonic I've been too, waited 20 minutes to get our food, there was only one other car there. And when we finally got our food is was all wrong. So hit the button and waited another 20 minutes for a response. Told then we were missing fries, gravy and some condiments. Waited a few more minutes for that to be out. And the person only brought out mustard. So we were still missing most of our order. Very bad experience.

Very very disappointed, I'm disabled and can't get around, so when my nurse was leaving I asked her to go get me a burger. She went dropped it off and what I open up was a hard old patty. This is not 1st time and I hate that, because it's convenient to where I stay and I love sonic. Look at pictures below. I can't return it because I can't get around, I called and goes to voicemail. Very disappointing.

Definitely don’t deserve any stars I ordered a patty melts and the bread wasn’t even toasted they just slapped butter on one of the breads smh i see now why this star only have two stars...Y’all might need some new employees or more training

Super slow service. Ordered a chicken strip dinner and when it finally arrived it was missing the toast, onion ring, and gravy. Come to find out they we’re out of all these items but still took my order without letting me know this information and expected me to pay full price without substitutions.

There’s always a horribly long wait for anyone to take your order, then an even longer wait to get it. Ordered a medium cherry limeade and small mozzarella sticks. Waited at least 20 mins. Also, one of my sticks was hallow!!

Slowest service ever. I literally just ordered chilli cheese tots and I waited forever, when they were finally coming the girl who had them decided to walk around and ask every car but mine if it was their order and talk to some guy walking by. By the time I got them they were cold.And I also really hate the fact they open at 10 when this is the most convenient location for me to get breakfast. Definitely recommend the Sonic at Randol Mill, great service

Not the fastest experience here but definitely pleasant staff! Timmie was a joy.
EDIT 9/1: Well, the past 2 times I've been here since leaving a review for Timmie's wonderful service, this location has been INCREDIBLY slow and not even pleasant to make up for it! The guy who gave me my order last time messed it up 3 times (it was a pretzel and a single drink). And today, I've now been checked in for my mobile order for over 30mins. It includes 2 snacks and 2 drinks. I was not acknowledged until I was asked if I'm "going to buy something". Probably won't come here anymore, shame because I live RIGHT next to it. Better SONICs elsewhere!
