Literally the filthiest convenience store I’ve ever been in. Somehow, the toilet was fairly clean but everything else was repulsive (sink, floors, countertops, overflowing trash outside). Floors hadn’t seen a mop in a can’t imagine how long. There was a lady working there that tried to be helpful but the man (assume owner) was very rude.

The night manager Lee was very rude and refused to take my coupon when it says online that they take them. He was very rude about it and told me it wasn't his problem and that he didn't care. He told me it was my issue if I was too broke to afford cigarettes without a coupon.

All of these reviews are not surprising. The store is owned by a ratchet woman. How do expect good customer service when she has the worst attitude ever. She has a high employee turnover rate and doesn’t like to pay her employees. TWC claims have been filed and she hasn’t responded or paid her claims owed to her ex employees. She claims to be a mentor, jeeze wouldn’t want her to mentor me. She likes the attention of wanting to be important!

I have been a customer at this location by my sons school daily for about a year .. usually there is a older man and his grandson that works there with good service ..today the foreign lady with dirty blonde hair ripped me off :(… they offer refills on drinks $.99 if you bring your own cup as I did . I walked in and told the lady what I was doing and she said “okay” when I got to the counter with my refill in my 711 cup she said it’s full price we don’t honor the advertising at this location after she said okay . I will not return to this location because of her lying or she just doesn’t understand English well! Why sell refill cups if you don’t honor refills ? I wouldn’t have got a drink if she didn’t say okay . It was ugly behavior from a daily repeat customer . I will go down the road to the 7/11 who follows the advertisement all over and sells the cups with reason.

I would give it zero stars if I could, the employees need to go through some customer service training especially the African man that works there, they also never want to give a reciept, so if you ever have to return something, you can't because they didn't give you a reciept! What sense does that make?!

Restroom was so nasty I couldn't take my 3 year old in there. People acted like they didn't know how to turn on the gas after it timed out. The lady said, "oh you took too long". No I was going to use your nasty restroom and changed my mind. Then I needed s receipt after I pumped gas and my refund. She was like, I need your receipt. If I had one, I wouldn't be asking you for one, would I? I am a convenience store manager. If the people that worked for me acted like them, they wouldn't be employed any longer.

Worst customer service ive ever experienced. I scanned about 5 things in my app to redeem my rewards. The man behind the counter told me he "didnt have time" to allow me too redeem my rewards after I sat there and waited on him for a good 10 minutes to get back to the register.. So youre telling me AS A CUSTOMER you dont have time for me?! And then on top of that I spent 4,000 points and STILL had to pay for my items and loose my points?! I go to 711 daily and rack up a bunch of points.. And im treated like that?! 711 needs to fix this customer service issue ASAP.

Update: I still use this location. I have had no issues lately. Avoid this location. Habiba is a horrible manager. Actually has instructed the employees not to answer the phone. I needed the store location number to report the Exxon speed pass not working, had to drive there to get it and then it was very difficult in person.
