Arguably the worst chipotle in the area. I picked up my order and it didn’t have my chips in it- so I went back in and they gave them to me. Then I sat down to eat after leaving and realized my entire barbacoa bowl was basically fat. The guacamole was a huge chunk of avocado with almost no seasoning to it at all. I couldn’t eat most of it with my chips because they kept breaking. Not a fan.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a vegan meal due to my health issues and there was MEAT in my bowl. See picture. They also forgot my chips (I ordered chips and guac). I will be calling management tomorrow because I want my money back.

If you attempt to order online, you should expect them to make an error. Issues range from missing items to lukewarm food to them not placing the order on their own designated pickup shelf (why?)
The last thing to mention is that the store doesn't respect the pick up time in the app. They make it right when the order is received. This seems to be routine regardless of the queue.

I have ordered from this store 3x and each time I have gotten the wrong order. Trying to get in touch w them is a nightmare when you’re trying to either get the correct order or a refund. That’s a total of $150 I’ve spent w o getting what I ordered. I never leave reviews but this is the 3rd time and I know I won’t get anyone live to rectify this (ongoing) experience. Think twice - at least when you order on the app/delivery.

Hands down the worst Chipotle in the world. Customer service does not exist here. Laziest workers I've ever seen. Orders never correct so I stop ordering online and just go in. There's always one worker doing the whole order never no help..while others just stand around looking stupid! Like they don't know where they are at. Your at work idiot! They let food run out all the time and they want you to wait 20 mins to prepare it. This place is a disgrace to Chipotle!

I ask for a veggie quesadilla with fajitas and brown rice, but it came a cheese quesadilla and NO rice. I ask for a refund and they just gave me a coupon of buy one get one free. What a disappointment

I have eaten Chipotle before but this is the worst I have ever had. It was not fresh and my family and I had stomach problems. I do not recommend this place.

Ordered via Uber Eats and it was pretty fast or came correct and still fresh. I ordered a steak bowl and a side of chips for a total of $12.82. They did however forget the fork and napkins but the overall quality of the food was A-1 and to Chipotle standards 💯
