For decades now Hooters has been an American classic and I have been many times and enjoyed many wings however the last several experiences have been a sign that this chain is going downhill.
On my last experience my party arrived about 3 PM on a Saturday. It was sparsely populated with customers so we figured it was gonna be easy to get a table You would have thought we asked the hostess to spilt an atom to find a seat for three people. It took her ten minutes to find us a seat I have no idea why because there was literally only three groups in the place.
I ordered sliders, fried pickles, and their chili cheese fries for my table. The best of these being the fried pickles. The sliders came out dry, I asked for mayo and they gave me mustard and the taste was inedible. The chili cheese fries were also borderline disastrous as the cheese was watery and the chili was unflavored. We managed three bites before we gave up. When my party was done we were sad that we had just blown $60 on food that was this questionable. In today's world of competing food franchises you really have to do something special for you customers and sadly this establishment failed on all accounts.
Gonna pass on Hooter's for the next decade in hopes they can figure out the mess that is their kitchen.

Very poor service. I felt as if I was getting pushed out the door. I wasn't asked one time if our drinks needed to be refilled. My server was named Tori and I hope she reads this and improves. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food was good and the beer was cold.

What a joke. Got seated immediately. After that me and a friend sat at a table right next to the bar. 3-4 serves walked by and not one single girl acknowledged us. We waited 15 minutes and walked out. If I could I would give a 0 star. The restaurant was super dead.

Service was slow. Wings were mediocre at best, small and $1.50 each. Seems they had issues with their kegs. Beers were flat and I sent the first two back. Not a good experience at this location. It'll be a while before I visit again.

Had the worst experience at the location. We go once a year for a birthday celebration. 4 people in our group- 1 person ordered parmesan garlic wings and was given lemon pepper, had to wait forever to get replacement and has to settle for plain wings. Another person ordered fish and chips, it was way over cooked- said it was the worse fish he had ever eaten. No effort mad to compensate us for the bad food. Service was fair, seemed like we were bothering her. We will not be going back to this location next year. Bad food , fair service this location has gone downhill.

Pros: they have done better in the past. Must be a manager change?
Cons: there is no salt left in the gulf as it was all on our fries and roasted wings. Ordered 15 wings for 2. I could only eat 3, my wife 2. Trash ate the remaining 10. Manager (or guy with hat on backwards that acted like he was a boss), appeared always in a rush and ranked a 4 out of 10 on the customer service side. A 2 out of 10 on the supervisory side. He was telling servers what to do as opposed to asking. Fries were Luke warm at best.
In summary: we will not be back to this specific store.

Wowwwww They need to FIRE the short blade hair manager their. Talking about racial discrimination. We sat there and ate and watched her greet every white person that entered & exited this establishment. But if you were Black, Hispanic, Asian etc. She just put her head back down playing around with her laptop in the corner. Totally disgusting!

Chicken Ceasars salad chicken wasn't cooked. Tap beer was warm. Waitresses were nice but the food not good.
