Better tasting food today, and fries were fresh so more flavorful than mostly recieive old fries.

Let me see where to start. I placed a mobile order because it is supposed to be faster. Which it is anywhere else. I get to the window and was told that they did not see the order. I even showed them the receipt and where it says the received my order. This was during lunch. I pulled to the front to make sure I had the right location and I did not want to waste other people’s lunch time. I pull back around and am told oh we found your order. No apology or anything. I was like whatever and take my order. I get cold freaking food. How the heck is my order freaking cold?! I guess it was cold because in the guys words at the window “we found your order”. I can not go back bc that would make me late for my job. I sent them a review which I was told someone would contact me. Yeah that did not happen. I guess it did not happen because my name is actually Karen.🙄 I normally don’t work over there so it’s no hardship because the one where I normally work is the better. I’ve never had a cold item from them or poor service.

Horrible customer service. I’m currently at the drive thru and Maria messed up my order and did not apologize. I ordered two meatlovers and only received one. She had an attitude as if I didn’t pay. When the order was placed, a total was given but I wanted to add a shake and she never came back to the intercom to assist but when I pulled up the car behind me was able to place their order. I did let her know at the window she never came back to assist and she didn’t say anything.

I visited today, through the drive thru around 5pm. The lady working the window is VERY RUDE! A simple question was met with a sarcastic tone and flippant response. To top it off she NEVER even answered my question. Whoever she is she should not be dealing with the public! Do not confuse this woman with Mary, who is kind and treats everyone with respect!

I have gone to this location 3 times at different times in the last 2 weeks, closed signs handwritten on drive thru every time no one working just standing around. Nothing on website indicates they are closed. It’s states open, maybe management should find out why this place is closed to much while employees are still there. Won’t be back, just thought someone should know.

At 1st I had a wind inside and saw it very messy so I went through drive-through & Very rude ladies at the window I wouldn't go back to it even if I could then you got hispanics lady talking Spanish thinking people don't know what you're saying when we know everything you are saying you do not talk about customers in Spanish saying that you're not going to put up with their attitudes in the morning your job is to make the customer happy

Absolutely terrible, I went to get tiny tacos and they put way less meat than they used to a couple weeks ago and it’s 75% bad taco shell and I went to the window and asked nicely to exchange it for large fries since it’s the same price and manager working there gave me small burnt fries. Give me a horrible product than don’t reimburse me for the same cost amount and give me less than what I paid for originally.
