The Management at this location is ridiculous. After waiting in line for over 30 mins I get to the window, and politely asked for extra chili sauce. His response was “no we only give 2” I politely offered to pay for the extra and he was adamant on his No. I then asked for a refund where he very rudely said he could not do that. I don’t understand why customer satisfaction isn’t a priority. I’m pregnant and honestly waited for that meal all day which I sadly did not receive. I think they could be a lot more kind to their customers.

Love eating here at this location but they don't refill drinks cause of covid, every other place in the food court does, damn shame to keep using covid as a excuse, I will eat at this location less often.

Very less amount. Rice didn’t have any veggies at all. Only 4 pieces of shrimp.
Taste was horrible.
Ordered though uber eats so couldn’t get it changed or fixed. Not ordering from here again.

Great healthy options, always fast and tasty but last few times they've been out of teriyaki chicken and the lobby's have been closed due to short staffing. While I know it's not their fault, can't give 5 stars.

Doesn't really seem like Panda Express at all. The number one dish, orange chicken has a completely different sauce and tastes nothing like the normal orange chicken at every other Panda Express. Every other Panda has been automatically putting soy sauce in the bag, and teriyaki chicken is supposed to come with, guess what teriyaki sauce. Neither were included at this location. Prices are also extremely high, I know it's a mall, but seriously, either create efficiencies by giving people cheap food, or raise the prices, not both. I would never come back here.

Horrible customer service. The lady who works there needs to be fired. They never have anything prepared. The few items that are available look old and dry. Their orange chicken is disgusting. They need to fire everyone at this location and start over.

There was no line when I went, but felt a little rushed while ordering (common in malls but I always find it annoying). Black Pepper chicken has a bit more pepper than I'm used to from other Panda Express restaurants and it made the chicken a bit tough to eat (get a drink).
Orange chicken has an overpowering orange zest as opposed to being sweet like they usually are at Panda Express. Fried rice was good, make sure to use soy sauce or sweet and sour for some more flavor. Overall not horrible but could be better.

The last time I ordered Angus Steak bowl, I had big tender chunks of steak and a lot of it. This time, before New Years, my Angus Steak was burned and the steak bites were tiny. I paid extra for the Angus steak and received minimal meat but a lot of green beans and onions. Very dissatisfied this time.
