Great food, onion rings needed new fryer oil though Went thru the drive through and was fairly quick but it was 11:30 p.m. Burger was hot fresh and juicy. Reminds me of a Checker burger or Rally burger some. Onion rings were ok except the oil probably been used all day.

We ordered ahead. It was pretty quick even tho the line was literally around the whole building and some lol food was good too!

We went through the drive thru and both ladies I spoke with were very nice and attentive. Although they were very busy they made sure each one of our burgers were made perfectly. They did an awesome job tonight.

Staff was soooo fast and very nice! Asked for extra spicy honey butter and they DID NOT disappoint! Thanks to the gentleman of a worker that went out of the way to open the door for this pregnant mama! Unfortunately I did not get names, but everyone I interacted with was 10/10

I order from this whataburger location all the time via postmates. One small issue is that I never receive spicy ketchup, but other than that the burgers and chicken strip are good. Taste good

They have pretty good burgers. But are too expensive.. I got the simple #1 burger ONLY. No fries or drink.. PAID $5.something... for just a simple single burger... Nahhhh don't think so.

This thang was very nasty. 13 ppl working here, but very slow. I mobile ordered. Stayed in line 15 minutes. Line never moved. Went in to get my order. Wasn't ready. Gave me cold fries. Took them back...twice. Told them I needed my full meal recorded cos EVERYTHING was cold from waiting for hot fries. That redhead ugliness in the picture came in my face and asked me was I cooking cos she wasn't. We had a few words. Asked for the manager and was told, "he's in the back", with no one getting him. A young lady(the only one not playing and placating that thang), named Star, politely asked me what was my order. She stated, "I'll fix it for you." When the sorry employees saw me recording, they started working.

On Friday 3/25/22 between 9p and 10p. I waited in the drive thru line for 52 mins. On the inside they had several customers and the line wasn’t moving inside or out.
They had several ppl working during that time. I could see it was at least 10 or 12 ppl working In the front of the restaurant.
When I reached the drive thru window 5 ppl were standing there doing absolutely nothing.
One girl was rubbing her nose intensely, one girl was texting or looking through her phone, one boy was trying to have a conversation with the the girl rubbing her nose, One boy was just looking at the cashier, and lastly the cashier that didn’t know what I ordered.
The kids are confused! And the management team needs training as well. Also they had a truck delivery during this time. So even though the cars were heavy in the drive thru we still had to move around so this 18 wheeler could backup to unload the delivery.
This was a hectic, and a very long wait for a sandwich. I didn’t even get a greeting or a thank you for all this trouble for one sandwich…..
I will NOT go back to this location and I couldn’t even scan my app for the purchase!
Waste of time!!!
