Papa Johns Pizza

This is the most unprofessional papa John’s location I’ve EVER dealt with. The “female” on the phone claimed to be the manger yet would never reveal her name. She was incredibly rude, disrespectful and lacks all of the character/ qualities to hold a managerial position. My delivery pizza was sent to a third party for delivery and I never received it… so I called papa John’s on pioneer parkway in Arlington, Texas to let them know the situation, the “female” cut me off hung up on my face and hasn’t issued me a refund nor tried to send a new pizza out to try and make right a wrong Situation … I personally don’t want their food nor service because I don’t trust her ethics. I would love to hear from upper management in regards to this behavior from their employee

I understand mistakes happen. I wouldn’t leave a bad review over mistakes (yes, plural) unless I made an attempt to speak with someone and have it corrected. My biggest complaint was how long it took the 3rd party driver to get my food to me because there was no apartment number given to him. During my call I brought this to the person’s attention and her first response was “there was no apartment number on the order because it wasn’t entered online” when I told her I had verified there was an apartment number, she checks and when she sees it says “well, the driver probably didn’t see it then” but there’s no apartment number on the box. You’d think they would confirm these things and even write it on if they’re using 3rd party to deliver. Next issue? I asked for light sauce and got no sauce. Her response was “I’m sure there’s sauce on it you just ain’t seein it cause there ain’t much on there” and once again took no responsibility for anything. The only reason there are 2 stars instead of 1 is that she did give me a refund. There was a lot of defensive attitude and customer service was definitely lacking.
