Rice Bowl

I would have rated this a five, but for the amount of time it took to get the food was longer than expected. I call them an hour after it was order was told they were waiting for the drive and the food had bee ready. They told me would see how long before there driver show up and call me back. They called me back about 10 minutes. I told the guy if the food was cold since it had been sitting would cancel the order. The food arrived and to my amazement it was warm and very good. Kudos to Rice Bowl for the awesome tasting food and for delivering under such icy conditions .

Tonight was my first time ordering delivery. We spent over $40.00 and waited well over an hour and we are half a mile away.. I do appreciate that they were open for delivery in this winter storm and I know they were very busy but my appetizers of chicken teriyaki on a stick were substituted I guess, for some cold dumplings. .. not what I ordered ..not what I wanted ..not what I paid for at all..when I called at 8:00 to inquire if they were out of chicken they were already closed..also we asked for spiciness in the beef entree.and paid an additional $3.50 for beef but the meat was scarce...it was pretty bland too ..well the egg rolls were very good..but this was way too expensive, and too cold ..not again! 02-05-2022- The restaurant called me today and apologized for the mix up in my order and I was satisfied with the explanation and her offer to correct the mistakes. Great customer service is everything to me and she demonstrated professionalism , a genuine concern, and overall excellence about my order. While I probably wont use delivery again, I look forward to visiting the restaurant personally and enjoying some teriyaki chicken in a few days when the weather is warmer.
