This place is fantastic. Try the empanadas and the honey dew nata de Coco. I've been here a few times since the new owner came over, and all I can say is that the food is great and people are respected.

Old owner was much better, the new lady has a temper and pushes beer and tobacco products. Her western union machine suddenly doesn't work. She's lazy and the store has gone into ruin in comparison to the old owner.
Edit: Look at her professionalism, just like how she runs her store.

I used to go to this grocery store for small things, snacks, drinks, lottery tickets, etc. The previous owner would always be at the counter to greet you with a smile. Unfortunately, the new owner hasn't lived up to her predecessor. She is never at the counter, requiring you to go find her if you want to check out. She also seems to have lost her ability to sell lottery tickets and instead now pushes beer/wine and tobacco products. Finally, she appears to be renting out the parking spots in her small lot, as it is always filled with trucks and vans, while the store remains empty. It is said to see what the store is becoming. It is the last Latino market in the immediate area, and with how it is being managed, I can't see if surviving in the long run. They have lost my business.

Although everything is marked up the store us awesome. Has Latino food and brands and they also cook food to go. I haven't tried the food but I went with my friend and he said what he ordered was amazing and authentique.
Definitely recommend.

Good store good people! I go in there from time to time. Not all the time like I should. But I go in there. I like it! They’re so good pupusa’s! They sell Spanish playing cards. Candy from South America guava and quince paste (Pasta Membrillo) It’s a very good Latin American market in the middle of North Arlington. Probably the only One well now not the only one. there’s a Glebe market near Buckingham. They sell spiritual colognes if that’s your thing. many Latin American markets do but they got it as well. Like I said nice people good owners.

Very nice selection of hispanic foods. In the back they have some fresh produce and you can get food plates including $2 papusas!! Barefoot wine was $10.99, so take that as you will

Quaint, little, old-fashioned, ethnic neighborhood grocery: dry goods, small fish food & refrigerated sections. The Deli serves simple food to go. Also has a Western Union connection & lottery tickets. Prices are reasonable. Some ethnic condiments that are hard to get elsewhere. Empanadas (beef) are really good.

Super friendly shop with lots of stuff we need. Great that we can stop in for a bite and sit outside, loved the pupusas!
