Carvel Express

This outdoor spot is cute and the ice cream is decent but I won’t be going back because their prices are outrageous as other reviewers have noted. It’s price gouging and when I expressed to an employee how insulting their prices were, his response was “well everything is expensive.” A small ice cream cone shouldn’t cost almost $8.00. Go to Dairy Queen or someplace else instead.

Won’t go back. Super overprice and the quality of ice cream is so basic. For example, the equivalent of one Dairy Queen Blizzard cost $14.29 and the staff didn’t even bother to mix the topping with the ice cream but only let it lay stupidly on top and call it Carvelanches. I went there first time a few years ago and love it but now? .. will not go back. two stars for easy parking and spacious patio.

Stopped by with a friend on a whim. Literally the sweetest staff. Very helpful, very patient. The shop itself is so nostalgic. It’s like I stepped in a time machine and was transported to my childhood. Colorful with so many menu items to choose from. Overwhelming in a good way lol. Oh and the ice cream. DELISH! My friend got the fudge brownie and I a vanilla soft serve with sprinkles. So good!

**NOT EVEN REAL ICE CREAM*** it way OVERPRICED & heavily processed watered-down soft serve! 😠 How this place keeps ripping people off is beyond my compression. It looks like it would be amazing; that is until you taste it🤢!! We are new to the area and wanted something sweet late night; 1st, last, only trip here! We also ordered some fries and those were even horrible! How do you mess up cheesy fries you ask? Over cooked, over salted, with barely any cheese. Not to mention they empoly the services of ADVANCED TOWING who we've seen speeding around the area and making several questionable towns. We will not support either!
