What I saw was not even close to what I got. Took forever to get order as well.

"Our bacon is thick cut." On the nanometer scale? They are now using that super thin precooked bacon like you get at McDonalds and still charging the same price as they did when they actually served thick cut bacon. The outside of my bag was slathered in some sauce that wasn't used on my sandwich with no attempts to wipe it off.

Service is so very slow and terrible. There was a group of young teenagers in front of me and they were wild and acting like they have never been out of the house before and the cashier was apparently friends with them and they were taking so much time with other patrons beside my self behind me. They were very loud and obnoxious and the girl cashier seemed to love it and was flirting with them. This is a place of business, not a Facebook party!

I payed almost 7 dollars for a turkey sandwich which included a turkey patty and a slice of cheese between a bagel (with an optional fried egg). Taste was ok, but honestly if I wanted a plain sandwich with three ingredients I could have just made it at home or gone to McDonalds and payed a seventh of the price I payed at Einstein's. Never buying another bagel from here.

This place does not have fixed pricing .They charged different amount for the same item. I am really surprise. I bought in the morning time regular coffee at $1.99 , in the evening time same day they charged me $2. 29,this happen most often!!

Not only I was charged different than what the price said, I paid $7.6 to get a Roasted veggie toastini to eat bread and not enough veggies. What a waste! Absolutely not worth. Never eating here again.

Website says they open at 7am however they actually open at 7:30am. After waiting 30 minutes for then to open the employee says her manager has not arrived with cash for the register so we would need to wait an unknown amount of time for her manager to arrive.

Daily coffee stop. The vanilla hazelnut is the only reason I don't fall asleep in my German class. If you plan on going every day, buy a tumbler. The savings add up after a couple of weeks.
