Food was hot, fresh, and delivered within a timely manner. Order was correct the first try. The only complaint is this franchise didn't accept many of the corporate coupons so my order seemed a bit pricey. Other than that everything was great. The driver made sure to deliver my food with the proper delivery guidelines that covid may have imposed. I would definitely recommend!

I just had a truly upsetting experience after calling the restaurant. There was an issue with my uber eats order so I called to straighten it out and the manager started yelling at me, told me I was not his customer and he didn't have to answer my questions. Told me to call the corporate office and to "stop talking" because he didn't have to listen to me. I was just trying to ask him where to type in my 1 topping choice for a 6 inch plus 1 topping pizza. It was insane. I kept asking and he kept yelling NOOOOO! NO!! I will not answer your question!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I ordered pizza here for the first time in well over a decade. The box was delivered damaged, but pizza was only mildly smashed. The pizza was also cold, and it’s not the Pizza Hut flavor I remember at all. It was like cardboard with some spices. No real cheese or tomato sauce

Food arrived on time and was still hot and tasted good! False advertisement about the black cherry Pepsi that I had a taste for but ended up with a regular cherry Pepsi. No big deal. Delivery driver forgot my soda and had to go back down and get it. Not a big deal either. Would probably order from this place again.

The driver that delivered the pizza handed me the pizza complaining about the amount of tips I left. I always tip workers everywhere I go, but my own income bars me from tipping more. That was nasty, insensible and unnecessary in many ways. Unfortunately that was the last time I ordered something from them and until they recycle their delivery crew and teach them how to be polite I won't be able to leave a good review.

Ordered a large pizza at 8:21pm.didnt receive my order until 9:25pm. The driver got lost. My pizza was just about cold.was not a happy customer
