Lobby door unlocked at 10:40 pm. Line wrapped around the building for drive-thru all the way at the street. Manager says "my lobby closed" I said "even for to go orders?: and basically ran me out unapologetically. Very rude customer service as if I'm in the wrong. No lobby hours posted on the door and they left it unlocked. Line is ridiculous and barely moving. Must be understaffed, teach your mgmt team to be more respectful when they fail to lock their own doors. I went thru drive-thru, horrible customer service, lack of communication, and over 25 minute wait. Really? I mean half hour wait for fast food? Why do you have staff outside with a headset messing with trashcan when drive-thru is packed?

Horrible service. Waited 20+ minutes for 1 ranch burrito and 4 separate dollar menu items. Asked what was going on and no one knew what my order was. They finally found it sitting in a bag when it was long since cold, and they got the ranch burrito wrong and got the nacho bowl instead. I was asked if I wanted this instead and I just walked out. "Do you want this instead?" Do I want cold food and a wrongful order that was done on the tablet with detailed instructions? Sure guy, sure.
I'll be contacting my bank about the refund and will never be coming here again. Horrible horrible horrible.

Taco Bell not too bad but when they don't have the stuff to fix it like the machine or the frying grill it's not working then we have a problem. But the burrito for that breakfast is nothing hot it's just warm last time I got it it was just hot melted cheese fresh you can taste the eggs here so good but then it just don't taste even good no more.

They're manager is in drugs. They are always turning people away from the drive through. I have witnessed conversations of the workers telling her that they're taking their breaks whenever they want to and not even helping her serve orders but nothing is done in return. She overcharged me made me pull around and had about 15 cars waiting in the parking lot on orders. They couldn't even match the orders to the right people. I was there so long I had to finally go inside and ask for a refund and still didn't even get a full refund because she couldn't even read what was on the receipt because there was no ink changed on the receipt. Needs new management all the way around.

If i could give 0 stars i would, the employees at this taco bell are very rude i waited for like 10mins for them to take my order on top of that i tell them what i want for my drink and they take like 5 mins to respond back then finally they put my order in i go to the window they take my payment then take another 10 mins to give me my cold food and my wrong drink. I was going to tell the employee about my wrong drink and i decided not to deal with them since i had kids with me but as I proceeded to drive off the employee opens window and stares at me and rolls eyes then i roll my window down and look back and he closes the window. I don’t understand why they even allow employees like that to work if you don’t like the job then move on & find a new one. BTW it wasnt busy at all i was the only one there so no excuse for them to take long and be rude.

I'm only giving 5 stars because I'm in there with my son damn near ever other day and the man by the name of Jose is one of the best employees there I have seen in a while he manners r great customer service great keep up the great work Jose 👍 👏

Location: 1101 N. Collins Arlington, TX 76011 horrible service, rude employees, rather be goofing off instead of doing their job. I would have liked my order remade but seeing the girl in the back and what she was doing.. I asked for my money back and was refused service cause no receipt and no other options were given to me other than “no receipt nothing back attitude”. I drove 10 min back and forgot the receipt (excuse me for making a mistake like you)

Ok so it was 815 pm today on a Saturday and the lobby doors were locked one of the employees a young man seen we wanted to dine in and let us in we were rushed and pushed out the door by one of the female employees where she told the nice young man to not.ooem the door she had it locked and was very rude and made us leave my kids were so scared at why was she being so mean to us
