Review Starbucks - Arlington

I was a partner for 4 years, my mother frequents this store when she visits clients in Arlington. This is the second time she has been charged 5.70 for a iced quad espresso with cream in a tall cup. Which is usually just a 30 or 50 cent charge. This is the second time they argued that price with her. When asking for the manager the shift on duty tells her he’s the acting shift manager, and he is standing behind this decision to up charge her incorrectly. They also were not very kind. I’d like to speak with the GM. I was a shift for years myself and I understand people can be difficult but she wasn’t one of those people. I would not charge regular customers incorrect prices just to feel bigger. This happened today around 3pm.

Always a good experience coming to this Starbucks and they make my brown sugar shaken oat milk espresso perfect every time. Sometimes they run out of ingredients but that’s every Starbucks. In conclusion they are hardworking staff that make good coffee!

I have not had the best experiences here the last few times. The employees are not friendly or nice at all. They messed up my order and treated me really bad when I pointed it out nicely. This time I stood there forever no one greeted me no one helped me until I finally had to say excuse me 4x and they looked at me like I was bothering them . Definitely need to find another one

One them Starbucks that runs out of everything call before you come to see if they have what you need here. Sometimes it's a huge inconvenience and waste of time lines not too bad it moves quick.

Great place, hella busy most of the time tho so expect a wait. Not much can do about having like 20 people in the cafe, so don't pop by if you see a line and you're in a hury.

I absolutely love this location, every time I visit everyone has such a bright and bubbly personality and great customer service. They take the time to understand your water and help you make options based on the lack of inventory. Always a great experience

Wonderfully pleasant baristas! It is so difficult to get into the drive-thru when large trucks cut in front of you; however, smile ANYWAYS!

The drive thru can be a little crowded at times since it is in a shopping center but the service and the Frappuccinos and lattes make it well worth it. Ordering ahead on the app makes it a little easier and a lot quicker!
