This place has really good and spicy chips and salsa! The margaritas and beer were fresh and good, the food came out amazing. Everyone had a good time and the mariachi definitely was the best part about this place! They play very good and would love to hear them again! I got the cabritos guisados with frijoles charros and rice. Very well worth it! Another very great thing was the tortillas, flour and corn were both really good! 10/10 would come here again!

We live close by but had never tried this restaurant since it changed hands several years ago. We met our daughter for dinner on Saturday, February 5. Immediately upon walking in and I absolutely loved the ambience, mostly because they had a fire roaring in a fireplace on a very cold evening. Be aware, this place is a truly authentic Mexican restaurant with items on the menu such as goat, tripe and Menudo. They have a pretty extensive bar menu and will make adjustments at your request although we were a little disappointed when we were told they were “out of simple syrup“ for my husband’s drink. This is a very quick and simple, easy to make item that every bar should have on hand. The Elote was delicious but it does come on the cob so there is some handwork required. Food was above average but nothing left us dying to come back. Our server was Angel P. He was friendly but literally spoke almost no English, to the point that someone had to come over twice and helped translate so we could properly place our order. Nothing against the guy but it was difficult for him to interact with us. The hot sauce here is incredibly spicy so be aware of that as well.. on a scale of one to 10 I give this place a seven. 80% of the people eating there and working there were Hispanic so I think that says something about it.

Service is outstanding and food is always good. Even my picky girls love the kids hamburgers. The shrimp cocktail is better than most places with plenty of avocado. My wife loves the fresh tortillas and tacos. We've been here at various times of the day and have not been disappointed. Really enjoyed the margaritas, as well.

You definitely get your moneys worth here! Trying other places and finding out each place has their unique way of doing things but here, looks like portions are better and more bang for your buck! Ordered a combo chicken and fajita for lunch and didn’t shy out on the amount of meat they put on. After the entire meal all the way through from sitting down to leaving, 10/10 service and couldn’t be down without our server Charles! Talk about exceptional service? He’s your guy I hope they value him there. He will take care of you. Environment was very calm during lunch time on a Saturday. Overall food and service was 10/10! Thank you El Ranchito!

Absolutely love their food!!!! My boyfriend and I visited here yesterday for lunch and Chuck was phenomenal. He was the only server working and even with him training someone, he still made sure he was very attentive. We both had the lunch fajita combos that didn't disappoint..the lemonade was the bomb as well.
