First time here and needless to say we will be returning soon and often. Service is impeccable-they came and asked for refill on drinks and bread quickly without even us asking but not overbearing. Food tasted great and were full of flavors. Music isn’t loud and the ambiance is actually a lot nicer in the restaurant than the pictures could tell

Ordered the beef shish kabob and the apricot delight for dessert—I have never had a dessert like the apricot delight in my life. Simple, delicious, and the hidden walnuts under the sweetened apricots were fabulous. Loved this dining experience.

Marvelous! I can’t say enough good things about the Maya Bistro!!! The service is superb — it’s a family owned restaurant and they truly care about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – try the moussaka (the owner’s wife recipe), the Beyti Yogurt, the delicious hummus; and the Apricot Delight for dessert. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing food. Amazing service. From the moment my wife and I entered the restaurant, we felt like part of the family. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We tried 3 different spreads (htipiti, baba ganoush, and patlican kozleme), the mousaka, Adana, baklava, and kunefe. Everything was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was very casual but in a very relaxing way. This has definitely become a place to go to regularly. Others were clearly regulars.

A highly recommended this restaurant with amazing food and services in Arlington. I wish I could live nearby so I could come more often. I went to Maya Bistro twice and both experiences were brilliant. I tried their Adana Yogurt and Spinach Pie. Both were delicious with generous portion. The bread before the meal comes with olive paste which is unique and delicious. The waiter gave me more bread for free once we finished mine. Service was perfect and I felt welcomed. I can’t wait for my next visit there to try other authentic dishes on their menu.

We were in for dining experience. Food were superb. I had fried fish and it was delicious. My friends had the lamb chops and they said it was perfectly cooked. Juicy and tender. Must try if looking for Mediterranean dish in VA

The food was good, so was the service.
We ordered lahmacun, baba ganoush, maya cigars, and dolma. We enjoyed lahmacun the most; on the contrary, Dolma didn’t meet our expectations!

Tried this place on a week day afternoon. Place was really quiet but service was nice. Ordered the zucchini cakes, the spinach flatbread, and the adana kabob. All of them were good with nice flavors but overpriced. I think each dish realistically should have been $2-4 less for the amount, especially the kabob which was just one skewer and served with broken rice. Probably will not return because of the pricing but for those with a little extra money to burn, you probably won't be disappointed in your experience.
