Sonic Drive-in

They were pretty busy during lunch time, but had lots of car lots available. We ordered a Cheeseburger, Hamburger, Hot Dog, Grilled Chicken Wrap, and Tator Tots through the menu screen. It was pretty easy and the food came out pretty quickly. Our server was very friendly. This was my first time trying the Grilled Chicken Wrap. It tasted good. No complaints.

Ordered on at at 6:35 asap. Its 7:26 and still waiting. When we asked about our order 20 min ago, they had no answer and said our food would be out soon and now another 20 min and nothing. Food is already paid for. Extremely disappointed in not only the speed but the lack of service and how many people have driven up after us still getting their food since we talked to someone. Horrible. This has happened more then 5 times in the last year. Either over 40 min of waiting, lost orders or food cold when given. All times of says and not improving. Got our food hour and 10 min after order and after calling back in twice. They tried to say low staff till I mentioned we were here over an hour and everyone had come and gone. Came out 3 min later. Wrong and cold. Not even an apology or attempt to do it right 😒 Fries all cold and hard, childs drink not full and no nerds that were paid for, and pickle fries not fully cooked and nor even a full serving. Burgers all cold as well.

This is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. The guy taking our order was new which I get. We’ve been new at something. It took him awhile to get our order right which is fine. My issue is the food. It took forever to come out just to not be fresh. My tenders weren’t even edible and my tots weren’t fully cooked. My husband got a chili cheese coney which tasted old and stale. SMH.

This used to be my favorite sonic! Not anymore and they have lost a longtime customer that tips well always. People here know me by name. Waiting on 2 drinks and a junior breakfast burrito for over 30 minutes and we are still waiting. Paid for food via debit card. My mother had to go to the window to get the food and drinks. Sorry to all those we have loved over the years but we are done. Get it together!

Do NOT come to this sonic on a Friday in the evening if it's busy. My husband and I ordered two soft drinks, a Route 44 Sprite with blue raspberry, and a large sprite with grape, and black cherry. We waited over 20 minutes then decided to just say goodbye to our $4. We went across the street to the convenience store and grabbed us some sodas. I counted at least 5 staff members in there, only one woman was running the food out. I then saw their air vent was leaking water at a steady stream from the ceiling onto one of the staff members. This is this last time my family will go to this sonic.

Came to order some food and a Medium Blue Raspberry slush with nerds. The employee PAYTON comes back with our food, order is paid with cash, and I looked at the drink and took a sip of it. I specifically asked for it to be WITH Nerds and I don't see any. I even try swirling around the cup around in case the Nerds were on the very bottom. Nothing. I come out, press the button again to order, and to let them know I didn't receive the Nerds I asked for. I told them I could pay extra for the Nerds. Payton said "We would have to make a whole other drink. You want us to make you a new drink?" and I told them again I could pay extra for the Nerds only. She comes out again, I told her I don't see Nerds on there and I'm willing to pay extra for the Nerds again, and she said "Yeah, I saw the employee add plenty in there." Came home to drink it some more...there were none. Even though she didn't charge me for it, her laziness and lie was not appreciated. I heard her take the next order on the intercom nearby immediately right after my order so I know they were busy, but I could've waited. If you weren't too lazy to come out and speak to me this lie, you surely could have made me a new drink. I've had problems with this location before. Tried to give them a second chance. I tell all of my coworkers never to go to this location because of their service even if its closer and they don't regret it. Attached is the receipt with all the details and the employee name who worked on it for the manager. In case the picture is not clear, the receipt says "10002 Payton" and ID#: 151901170490. The service was ridiculous. It took 25 minutes to receive one drink and two cups of ice. Only after i sat for ten minutes waiting for them to answer the button to take my order. And to make the stop so much better. After taking my money, five minutes passed and no change had been brought to me so i had to get out of the car and go to the building to ask for my change of which didn't come out for another 5 minutes after that. All total it took 40 minutes or so to get one drink and two cups of ice. And not one apology. Definitely wont be back to this sonic and wouldn't recommend anyone else to go here either. Worst Sonic ever.

I'd give it negative stars if I could. Pushed the button well before 5, for happy hour discounts, 3 minutes after they finally responded, said the discount is done by computer automatically. 20 minutes later, we finally get the 2 route 44 cups of ice and large drink. Then the car hop said she needed to get changed after another 5 minutes, we had to ask for the change she was out delivering orders. Attached is the receipt, we did get the happy hour discount at least.
