Went here last night for my birthday and had a wonderful time! Our waitress was super friendly and was always ready to help us out! Food was delicious and drinks were amazing! Definitely making this a new family spot. We splurged a bit so it was more expensive than what we would normally budget for, but otherwise not too bad!

I got a medium well 22 oz porterhouse steak and a kids meal. Both of them were really tender and flavorful! The curbside worker was really awesome as well!

This first time here and we surprised my cousin for his birthday. The food was delicious it just took a long time to get everything. Maybe they're understaffed. Our server Brittany was great especially considering she waited on our entire party, which was at least 15 people. Overall though the staff was great and the food was good.

Outstanding service. I have to tell you, a friend and I went to visit the Arlington location and were blown away by the attentiveness that our server Chis had shown!! He had things at our table before we even know we needed them. He was fast, efficient, polite, and all around awesome work ethic! I made sure to tell the manager Ursalla. His outstanding service is no doubt a direct reflection of her great management! Thank you so much for treating us so well! We will definitely be back to see you again!! 💕

So I've been to this place a couple of times and my partner and I have received very great service. Our server was very attentive and took great care of us. The 2 times I have been. I ordered 2 different dishes, And I am very impressed on how everything came out. Is everything tasted very good. Honestly I think I found my new steakhouse.

I tried to eat dinner at Outback last night. My husband and I sat for 15-20 minutes and no waiter or waitress greeted us, took our drink order or even acknowledged us. Several walked by and avoided making eye contact. After 20 minutes it became apparent no one was going to wait on us we left and went to Salt Grass. We had drinks within a few minutes and our food order taken promptly at Salt Grass!! Maybe they need to send there wait staff over to observe how to treat customers!!

The last two times we have dined there have been awful. People all around us complaining about their food. My son ordered a prime rib that was mooing! He couldn't eat it.
The service has gone really downhill. BAD!

Ordered chicken fried chicken and was served chicken fried steak. Told waiter and no offer to bring what I ordered just an apology. Ruined my meal. My friend enjoyed hers, though. Going out to eat tomorrow and it will be Chili's and not Outback.

The food was excellent. The service was ok. Just got annoyed with the waitress. She asked us if we wanted dessert shortly after getting our food. Then shortly after that she brought our ticket which I was ok with but I was still eating my meal and she came back by and asked if the bill was ready for her. Uh no I would like to eat my meal first instead of stopping and looking at the ticket. She was good other than that. She just needs to work on her timing and let people enjoy their dinner instead of making them feel like you are trying to rush them out the door.

Haven't been to outback in years, loved it! It was a great experience. My steak was cooked to perfection. The waiter was very professional, and the manager stopped by a few times to check on us.
