Hamburger Barn

We stopped off here to meet a family member. I ordered an appetizer of fried mushrooms and onion rings. The breading was a little too thick but tasty. I also ordered the Hamburger onion burger medium rare but it was delivered well done. I honestly could not taste the meat. My wife ordered the bbq burger which also was nit very tasty. The service was great and friendly. Maybe it was just a bad day but I do not recommend eating the burgers. The other food maybe better? We stopped here by chance before checking into our hotel. The staff was friendly and the food was made fresh and delicious. I ordered the honey mustard chicken sandwich with a cup of tomato bisque soup. My husband ordered a turkey sandwich with a side of combo onion rings & fries. Would definitely recommend!

It was meh at best. Definitely not as good as reviews might imply. Maybe after a few drinks it’s as good as others rave about. Mainly, the quality of the food, at least what me and my party had, was not worth the prices paid. Also, I don’t think I noticed our waitress smile even once. She may have had something going on personally, I don’t knock that. She wasn’t rude though. But it definitely doesn’t set the greatest vibe when there are no smiles. 🙃

My niece took me to eat here before her sons doctor's appointment. We was there a d ordered but waited a long time for our food. When the food came out it was cold. The burger needed more seasoning and the chips that came with the burger was hard. My niece got her and her son a grill cheese, which was also cold so was the French fries. The fries was almost as hard as my chips. The waitress was wonderful and friendly. For the money this cost, which was not to high but I feel the food should've been better.
