Update on May 13 - much improved and I am updating my rating. Clean floors, trash bins emptied and prompt and friendly service!
Update on April 11 - floors clean at midday - coffee a bit better - not burnt
Disappointing- floors need mopping and is overflowing in the bins. P.s. the coffee tastes burnt!

This location still has turnover, but the manager has been at this location a while now and I've noticed a huge improvement. Friendly staff that gets my order right the first time 👍🏼👍🏼

Concerning Dunkin Donuts-- and I am a big -time customer of this franchise-- I can say that the place is one of the cleanest Dunkin's that I have visited... and that also applies to their restrooms. This place has 2 of them , and they are kept very clean and well stocked. That means a lot to me. You can tell how much regard a place has for it's customers by how well they maintain their restrooms( if they have one.)

Good service fast and efficient. Awesome location with ample parking space. Food and drinks are made to order. My bacon was well cooked and the croissant soft and light.

Always friendly staff. They do not kick you out for using Wi-Fi only. They let you use the restroom without hassle. Super clean store. I love visiting with my children.

A little off the beaten path and not easily visible from Saw Mill River Road. Otherwise it's a great find with fantastic service. Clean, courteous staff and always well stocked plus more than enough parking.

I think that this is a good store, for what I buy from them and I like the personal service that they give, they're a little slow, but they make up for it in service
