Just had this for lunch today. Seems to maybe be under new ownership. Previous reviews regarding food quality still hold up. Service was timely and nice. No rudeness at all.

If you care that the lady is “rude” you’re crazy. It’s the best Chinese food around Greenburgh, Elmsford, Ardsley, Dobbs. Only thing that compares is Bao in White Plains.

Dishes taste good and prices are right. I have never had problem with the lady who takes order. I simply do not understand why some people complain about her. This is a Chinese restaurant that serves Chinese foods over the counter.

Not much for atmosphere, but the portions are generous and they have, perhaps, the best pork fried rice in Westchester.

Steamed Dumplings here are the best on earth. I don't know what the secret spice is, but the tastiest by far. Been going here for years (when I'm in the area) for take-out and the food is great. Also good snack item are their almond cookies. The staff has always been very nice. Priced right. And another tidbit is this is one of the few Chinese Restaurants that has restrooms for the customers. This is good for tradesmen looking to wash up and then have a good lunch.

My cousin from England has been eating from China Pavilion for 30+ years, every time he comes back to N.Y. he has to come here. They always remember him great food.
