Chick-fil-a

I usually love this place. I don't know if everyone here was in training or what. They weren't overly crowded, and a few guys were on break, but normally, ordering a drink and receiving it is quick. Nope! Not here, not today! I decided I wanted tea instead of water, after eating. So, my husband waited in line again, ordered 1 tea, and asked for his to be refilled. Then, he had to stand off to the side, nearly 10 min, waiting for my tea! It was ridiculous! My fruit & yogurt parfait was a pain to order b/c I have a gluten allergy and only wanted fruit & yogurt. I did NOT want granola or cookie, but that seemed to be a foreign concept for some reason. Then, upon receiving it, there were about 4 small pieces of fruit on top of the yogurt. Our large order of fries looked like someone had eaten 1/2 the order before bagging them, too. They tasted good, which I never doubted they would, but we felt cheated for what we paid for. I was quite disappointed in this particular Chick-fil-A. 😞 We were house shopping. So, if this becomes our "home town" Chick-fil-A, I sure hope they step up their game!

This was a quick stop in for lunch during what seemed like a very busy time. It was about 1pm and the line wrapped around the building. This was not an issue as we ordered our meals ahead of time. What was a bit of a challenge was pulling into the parking lot to park and go inside to grab our food. The spaces were mostly full and people parked pretty much everywhere or were in line in the drive thru. I honestly do not know what the fix would be as even walking through the parking lot was a bit treacherous .
