Everything was up to standards except for the crinkle fries. They were way over cooked and extremely Salty! Please bring back the potato cakes! Still a loyal customer. 💯

Great food and good customers service. My only complaint is that the line was extremely long and moved even slower. We spent 30 min in line waiting to just place our order. Maybe they need another person on to help them out a little. Lord knows everyone needs work these days

Manager Philip gets 5 STARS for his professional and courteous attitude! Other staff friendly and welcoming. Very clean restaurant. Food selection and quality are way above the average at reasonable prices. Arby's on Long Shoals on point!

This was my first visit to Arbys and I was completely satisfied with the food. Had pecan chicken salad sandwich awesome taste and filling for a light meal. They also have good salad options which are tasty and great choice for a healthy meal.

the food was awesome as always. Very clean and the staff especially Dean went out of his way to be helpful. We had a flat tire earlier that day and when we got to Arby's Dean was very welcoming!

What is not to like? The menu is varied, the service is good, and the prices are right. Even if you want to eat super healthy, you can find those meals at Arby's as well. Just to satisfy the customer.

My visit today was great . Customer service was on point , very friendly staff , clean facility . We thought we'd grab some dessert too 'Ultimate Chocolate' shake ! Definitely come to this location if you're looking for a quick bite to eat .
