Drive-thru, app orders and dine-in lobby service. Quick drive-thru or eat in allows you to get back on the road quick. Conveniently located just off the Interstate and near a service station, allowing you to get food and gas and get back on the road quicly. As usual, the cheapest price deal. Plenty of parking and inside seating.

This small town McDonald's is hit and miss when it comes to service. Since COVID, the restaurant has had a hard time securing staff. Some days they are closed due to staff shortage and when they do get enough staff, menu selection can be spotty.
On good days, food is fresh and staff is friendly while getting customers through in a timely manner.

1. These are the freshest hottest best fries I have ever received.
2. Customer service is exactly what you would expect to find at a fine McDonald's such as this
3. Just ignore the eye rolling, the employees are tired.
4. It is obvious they are catty corner from the WATER TREATMENT CENTER 😆 ... maybe consider that before you pass this up.
5. I cannot lie, they were rude... but this is McDonalds so they get a pass. Check your receipt and your items before you leave.

Drive-up worker thinks a ketchup packet counts as a sauce for nuggets...dumb...then they take 4 minutes to give my granddaughter cold fries and nuggets that are old, brittle, and consist mostly of breading with a thin strip of chicken. Total waste of $$$$ and time!!! Don't call to talk to mgmt...Thet don't answer and it goes to VM !!! Fire everyone and start with fresh staff and food!!!!!

Well first of all the drive through window lady took my order wrong today I told her only cheese and ketchup on kids burgers get home theres onions pickles on it now my kids won't eat it oh well, plus I don't think she had teeth so when she told me my total I heard 40 dollars I said for what 2 happy meals? Lol and I realized my receipt said 20 lol then my chicken sandwich was wrong all it had was chicken pickles no sauce very disappointed this is why I tell my husband to go to tuscola or mattoon they actually get it rite 😅 doesn't deserve a star

If I could show you pix of the burger I would. All I can say is that the kids in the kitchen need a lot of work! Lol. Ice Carmel Coffee was nice but they forgot my hot black coffee and a sandwich.

I had my first one in Nasville TN. & have loved them eversince!

I live locally, and past few times I have been through the drive-through, my order has been wrong each time, and food did not seem fresh. Need to add a third window for wrong orders.
