Taco Bell

Was very Glad when Taco Bell came to Archdale but right after they opened ran into long lines, items they were out of , only went few times during COVID but had more disappointment when they no longer sold taco salad, been around since the 80s but no more. Then here recently I go to order they say they can’t take any orders because they’re under staffed, SO WHY ARE YOU EVEN OPEN, then came another day and they said they couldn’t take any order because they were replenishing the line. They Mexican pizza came back but everyone I know has tried to order one and are told there out, ol how are you out, it’s the same ingredients as the rest of your items. The last straw was when I ordered online. Went there the drive they was around the building so I went to the door and it’s was locked and said I had to sit in line. I wasn’t willing to wait that long so she checked order and I was told it didn’t come though and I would have to go through the drive thru to order agin. This location will fail. I will go to thomasville from now on if at all.

May the 28th my husband and I ordered food from the drive thru at around midnight. The very nice young man to our order. When we got home 5 minutes away. Our food was horrible! I ordered bean burritos and received beef instead I dont do beef I tossed them in the trash. My husband ordered a #2 combo. His tacos were wet and soggy like they had been microwaved! We have eaten at this Taco bell several times and was always great...we were extremely disappointed!

This place is so clean and the employees were so friendly. We ordered potato tacos. They were delicious 😋. I was really impressed with how clean the location was. I don’t go to fast food places much but when i do there is always something that I don’t like but this place was really good. Will go there again 👍

This locations customer service as continued to get worse over the course of the last 6 months! New Years Eve takes the cake! The person taking orders had the most disgusting attitude of anyone I’ve ever dealt with before! When we were pulling out of the Drive Thru their cook was standing outside smoking a cigarette and began yelling at us as we drove away! I have never been treated so poorly in my life. This place needs to get it together, and can start by hiring an entirely new crew. I will never be back.

I tried to ask if they have the “Mexican pizza” and they said “yes” so of course I was trying to ask another question but rudely hung up before I could finish. Horrible customer service and repeatedly gets orders wrong every time we go there just over all a very bad experience and would not recommend.
