Marco's Pizza

I called my order in and prepaid and when my husband went to pick it up they couldn’t find the order. They finally found it. When I called to talk to a manager they didn’t offer to make it right. She kept say we’re very busy and you got your pizza. This is not the first time with had a problem with or order at the Archbold location.

We generally prefer Mancinos but go to Marcos from time to time. The staff is never courteous or happy to be there. The other night we waited about 40 minutes for our pizza when it was supposed to take 25 minutes. They did not offer any apologies while we waited, even though they ended up burning our pizza and making us wait even longer to remake it. Then, when we finally got home, after over an hour of waiting, one was not fully cooked! My husband called and they offered a credit on our account with very little apology. Update: We have been to Marco's several times since we had an issue. We have not had any further problems. Maybe a change of staff took place? Not sure.. but our experience has been much better so we are giving 3/5 instead of 2/5.
