Let me mention first... I really like taco bell, and my experience today (5/21/22) will not be changing that. You have a female employee working tonight that needs to go. I get that it's hard to hire, but she is doing more harm than good! We had some weird back and forth, I was joking the entire time... She was getting mouthy so I asked if there was a manager there. She said there was not. My reply was quick (and witty), I said, laughing, "I can tell!" I then said in a calm, funny voice, "please don't spit in my food..." At this point I would have brushed off the experience, but her reply is why I'm writing this review. She said, "you should have thought about that before you were so rude." Wow, was I surprised!! BTW, I did eat the food...

Never coming to this location again. The hours are never right and always sporadic. Never closes the same time on any given day. Our tacos, all of them, had been completely squooshed together In the bag, we got none of the sauces we asked for, the crunchy tacos were soggy within minutes, and only one of the Supreme tacos had tomatoes. We also never even got our Cinnabons we paid for. We didn't notice it till we got home, and we weren't going to go back into the snow storm for it.. no on answered the phone when we called. It wasn't even that busy and the 15 minute wait for someone to notice us was excessive. I didn't want to be the customer that yelled or made a big deal there though. About a month ago my friend and I ordered for delivery when it said it was open and that it was going to be open for another three plus hours. The order said it was received but after two hours we decided to drive and see what was going on since no one was answering the phone. It was closed, we didn't get our food, and no refund was given either. Just get food somewhere else, anywhere. Just not this location. My guess is bad store manager, but who knows.

Horrible customer service. Tried ordering the 12 taco box to be told by a girl “it’s going to be 20 minutes there’s only 2 of us.” 20 minutes for 12 tacos? Cancelled my order and when asked for store number and the girls name they refused to give to me. Date was 6/26/22. Will definitely be calling corporate as this is completely unacceptable. I understand being understaffed but to get an attitude for an order of 12 tacos is unacceptable.

Sorry to leave yet another 1 star, but enough is enough. This location manager/owner needs to get their act together. Yes, everyone is struggling with finding help, but the ones that show up should be given the tools to do the job they're there to do!! Now the "cash only" hand written note at the speaker. How would you propose I LEAVE the drive thru if I don't have cash? Close, reset and start over TB! **UPDATE day 2, cash only and now there is no note. Just a bored employee mumbling cash only when you get to the speaker! What a joke!

First of all, huge shout to the two employees that did show up. Second of all Taco Bell corporation and the owner of this location for putting these two employees through this. I understand they are short staffed, but before you put these employees in this difficult situation where they are verbally abused by other customers for the long wait times fix this situation. If you can't find employees consider shortening your hours. Do something to make this right for those employees that did show up. For the world up there please understand please be compassionate to the employees who do show up. Taco Bell You Oughta be ashamed of yourself..i was in line 40 minutes.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Went there to fulfill an order on my very first day of Doordashing and was completely unaware of Taco Bell’s policy that you had to have an insulated bag to pick up the food. After thanking them for letting me know about this and explaining that I had no idea, a large woman working in the back yells (quite loudly) “Ha! Nice try!” implying that I was trying to steal someone’s DoorDash food. Very rude. Felt very belittled and frightened by her response. I don’t know how else to describe how forceful and aggressive she yelled at me. Terrible. I’m sure the other workers were very nice but this woman, she needs to go.

I ordered Cinnamon twists and they were rancid tasting. The oil was definitely bad!!! I cannot believe they do not test the product when oil is involved at the start of the day before it goes out to customers. I’ve never tasted something so bad!!! That means everything they fried it that oil up until I came thru and after all got this disgusting experience. 🤦🏼‍♀️ CHANGE THE OIL PEOPLE!!! Disgusting 🤮 it’s quite obvious with all the reviews I’ve read, this place needs to be shut down immediately!!!

Taco bell has changed over the last year in ways that I don't see as amazing. They will shut down the entire store for 20-50 min in the middle of the day or evening for reasons they will not share. I've gone to the drive thru 4-5 times in the last 6 months and was told there would be at least 25 min wait on anything ordered, no exceptions. I don't know what this is about but it's horrible business.
