I can't even Describe how Amazing these Pretzels are! Best Pretzel place in town! Whether you want flavor, like Cinnamon and Sugar, or you just want a plain pretzel with Cheese, this is the place to go!

Not having "enough" seems to be their thing here. Told me they can't give me change as In quarters because they don't have enough change. Make sure you have a card in hand if going here apparently you don't get change!

A guy named Adam was working and he was getting absolutely slammed. Adam kept his composure and a smile on his face the entire time. Very impressed with how he handled himself.

Rude! I just put a order in through Eatstreet and they called me and said, "we can't fill your bites order because we don't have enough". I asked if they could just make it up with pretzels instead and he said, "no, because that will clear us out". Then he said, "we just don't want to make more today." I will never order from here again. They have poor customer service and they got irritated that I asked them to do their job.

Been our favorite place to get pretzels for years. My ten year old craves Pretzelmaker pretzels whenever he’s on his chemo medications. Totally worth the trip to the mall to get to make him happy ❤️ Owner is friendly and is usually there 80% of the time when I order. Also I appreciate the reward program to earn points for $5 off coupons! Gets us to come in more often.

Visited the store later on in the evening on December 23rd. The worker was counting money and he didn’t wash his hands. I went up to get a drink refill and asked if he would wash his hands. He said he usually does not because he’s counting cash. He then asked if I wanted him to wash his hands! I thought in a food setting... that it is imperative to wash hands before serving food after handing cash. I was made to feel silly. Not a great customer service tactic even though the food is usually pretty tasty.
