Domino's Pizza

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order and on the order tracker an hour later it still showed being prepped. I called the store to ask and was told “you ordered about an hour ago, you’ve got another 2-1/2 to 3 hours”. No apology. Very surprised I asked if he was serious. He replied as if he was shocked I would ask that and said yes I’m serious. I understand short staffing. I can understand the lack of delivery orders. But if they are going to accept orders through the website there should be a notification that the order could be delayed. I signed up for text alerts this would be the perfect way to notify me. I told them to cancel the order and was told that it was cancelled but there was never an apology. I will not be ordering from this location again. I will also not recommend others to order from here.

Called at 5:15pm on January 2022 three times in a row. Why? I thought there must be some mistake. Automated response said this location is not delivering at this time. I swear that “delivery” was the entire business model concept of Dominos since their pizza was just so so as a product. I remember this whole “30 min or less” routine. Called back later and finally got through only to get a busy signal. Dominos, not sure you are aware that you’re not the only pizza business around but you’re not. I’m very aware of that from here on out.

I ordered a pizza at 10:30. It says they started it at 10:39. It is 12:10. I called and it says they are working on my pizza if I have further questions to stay on the line. I did (twice) it rings once then says they ARE CLOSED! I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR MY ORDER AND IT SAYS ONLINE CLOSES AT 1AM. I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE I LET THEM STEAL MY MONEY! BECAUSE THAT IS CLEARLY WHAT IS GOING ON!

Horrible service, called around 8:50pm and placed a delivery order for a single pizza. They said it would come within 30-45 minutes but ended up Waiting almost two hours but yet still no pizza. Called the place and said it would be an extra 30 minutes to arrive when the place is only down a few blocks. Didn’t end up getting our pizza till 11pm

Ordered on line at 5:50, were told our pizza would be delivered in 35 minutes and that the online tracer showed it being prepped at 5:51. At 6:59 nothing changed and no pizza. When I called the store I was told that it would be another hour and a half. Un acceptable! The Store should be texting or emailing (they have this info) if it will be longer than promised. I was told that there is nothing that can be done and it is corporate problem. Will not be ordering again.

The management at this store should be retrained. My brother who lives over 45 minutes away was nice enough to purchase pizza for gameday only to be harassed while trying to pick up the pizza at the time it was SUPPOSED to be ready. Our order wasn't even started. He paid cash, received no receipt and had to WAIT over 20 minutes BECAUSE they only dropped 8 wings instead of 10. The manager on duty was extremely rude and I am so embarrassed my brother had to go through this over a $34 order. PLEASE GET THIS STORE IN ORDER. They should be ashamed of themselves representing the Domino's Brand with no consideration for their customers.
