Finally stopped in to try this place. This is one of those little gems that do not look like much, but quickly become your favorite. The owner was so nice and personable. The Turkish coffee is amazing. If you are looking for a boost. That is really where it's at! The dessert is literally straight out of heaven. Stop by and give it a try.

The food is so delicious. The koftah is super yummy with rice. The sauce is beyond delicious. I highly recommend getting the hibiscus drink. The owner is super friendly and will have great conversation with you.

My girlfriend and I were looking for somewhere new to eat and gave Egyptian Delights a try. The food was outstanding (we had the kofta and rice). Normally we are too full for dessert, but were so glad we made room because the baclava was incredible. Another reviewer was spot on in saying that the only thing greater than the food was the friendly service. Highly recommend.

I've eaten a good amount of Egyptian and other authentic Middle Eastern food and can say that the owner (Ismail) absolutely knows his stuff. The food was fantastic and full of flavor, the atmosphere is really chill and relaxed, and the owner himself is very personal and fun to talk to. I'd highly recommend this place if you like trying new foods or want the best lentil soup in the city.

Owner is very friendly and the food is pretty good. The kafta tasted great, with excellent flavor with the meat, but the goulash tasted like it might have been microwaved. Overall a decent experience.
