I love these cookie joints.... And this one was really good the cookie was baked to perfection. Not hard or too soft and the artwork on the cookies is very legible.

I took my daughter and nephew to get cookies because my daughter loves theirs so much. I checked out and sat down nearby to eat our dinner. One of the workers comes up to me and says excuse me I have your change. I didn’t need change I had paid exact. He says no, I made a mistake and forgot to charge you the buy 5 discount. This is your refund from that. I had no idea I qualified for any sort of discount so I was already pleased with my service, but the admittance and time to go out of his way to correct his mistake went a long way with me. Locally owned establishment which is nice to see. We will be back.

Spoke to Lauren today to order a cookie for my sons birthday and she was Amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Had a couple great suggestions on decorating and keeping it fresh for a day. Thanks you so much Lauren! I am a customer service manager and i was truly impressed!

Cookie cakes have been a tradition for our family and friends for many years. This little shop inside the mall does a great job with service and quality of the cakes. Thanks for making many celebrations a little more sweet!!

Rude and disrespectful, my brother and I were there at 6:57 with many others waiting in line and the male worker that is nearly bald went up to everyone and said we all need to leave because they close at 7 and need to clean up. Myself and many others were very upset and they would continue to ignore us and not serve us because they close soon.
