Review Buffalo Wild Wings - Appleton

So last night I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and parked in the parking lot. There were vehicles on both sides of me and the only way to exit the parking lot was to back out over this 4 inch plus deep pot hole. I tried backing out slowly but of course, it gave me a flat tire. I had to change my tire in the parking lot and I went inside to ask for the manager, who wasn’t available. This morning I spoke to her and have never been so humiliated and degraded in my life. Jill Brinkman, the manager, laughed at me and told me it was my fault and said that if it were up to her, she would NEVER reimburse me for MY careless mistake. What if I was an old woman who fell down in the pothole and broke my hip? Then would she? Either way, whatever happened to customer service?!? Such a disrespectful woman and I’m appalled at this entire situation. I’ll never be eating here again! The food and service is always great too. It’s sad that their parking lot and Jill, their general manager, would ruin it for me!

Front counter employees aren’t helpful or very interactive, the takeout food they no longer give you any sauce on the wings so might as well buy your own sauce. The place always seems to be in a chaotic mess and orders always get messed up. Edit: gave them a second try and a worker behind the counter was using bare hands to handle raw food. Very unsanitary.

I always loved wings on Tuesdays. Carry out. They were the best around but the ones I got today had no sauce and so dried out the cardboard carton was bone dry . I tried to eat some and threw the other 15 in the garbage. I don't know what happened but I will NEVER get another thing from BW calumet st appleton !!! It was disgusting !!!!

It's really sad to see this franchise in the state it's in. Used be be the darling in the beer and wings industry and I loved coming here back in the day for the cheap Tuesday wings and buffalo chips. They don't even try to sell you traditional wings anymore. Next phase is to actually remove them from the menu and you have to ask for them specially. Food quality has gone down hill dramatically, service at this location is horrible. I swear every time I go here prices have gone up...even before inflation hit. They charge you fees on fees to order through their own website and now credit card fees for dine in and take out...and then they ask for a tip for take out as well...jeeze when does it end Diane? Plenty of other bars and restaurants that offer better wings for a better price. This is a restaurant that needs to reflect on how they got so large and get back to basics...Beer, wings, sports!! That's what it was all about. Also, stop asking people to fill out your form. Good restaurants know what they do well and know what they need to improve on. This is a franchise, not a local bed and breakfast. Start being proactive about the problems in your restaurant and make amends with the customer before they leave the building.

Wings are stone cold, hard to chew, dry and barely any sauce. The order I received looked like it sat in the box for the past month…I threw these in the trash because I could barely chew them.

This is the WORST SERVICE! We gave it a 3rd time and I will never come back to this place again! We arrive with my wife and 2 kids. We waited 1hr for our food with nachos and cheese curds and kids meal! I had to track down my waitress to see where our drinks were, and find a manager to see where our food was. The manager was quick but after that it was terrible. This establishment needs a hug make over with new management and good servers. I can not believe how bad this place got. I will tell everyone and anyone that plans on going to this establishment!!!!!

We ordered 2 wraps w/ fries and 20 wings. The wraps and fried came out in a reasonable time but the wings took about 45 minutes. Both wraps were completely finished and we asked our waitress a few times about the wings. She said the cook was new and having troubles. I understand the shortage of reliable employees, but this was the second time we had the same issue. Sandwich delivered and had to wait much longer for the wings.

The To Go orders were absolutely insane but the staff found a way to get our food out as it was made. They did the best they could given the extreme business they were battling to get out. Wings cooked to order perfectly.
