This is the 3rd time that it’s taken an hour and a half to be delivered. We live 5 minutes away from the store. The soda comes completely watered down, and this is after I have already put the tip on my order. I’ve never had such terrible service from here, it’s so strange. I’m not sure if it’s all locations or just this one, but i am not ordering from here anymore. I only have a 30 minute lunch break and then I’m not able to eat it. Freaky fast, it is not!

I don't normally post bad reviews. I have been ordering from this location for years. I accidentally placed an incorrect date for my order. I called to rectify my order, the only way to do this was to refund my card and rerun it. Well my card was refunded first without my knowledge which I would not have requested. I would have just accepted the order on the other date.. Employee actually called me back to tell me I was rude to her, well I was not happy with how my order was handled.

I'd eat Jimmy John's every day if I had my way! It's a two minute drive and it's always ready when I get there and if we have it delivered it's here in ten. Awesome staff and the subs are amazing!

3 different times I called to order 16-20 subs. Always call a day or 2 ahead and they make you feel like it’s a burden! Not very accommodating. Went to different location thithe 3rd time! They were much more friendly!

The staff is fine, but the last few times I order the spicy italian they always always always forget the jimmy peppers. Then i tell them they forgot and they tell me they usually only put 3 peppers on, so i opened my new sub there wasent a single pepper. Im still coming back but i would suggest to anyone who goes to double check your sub.
