I ordered on Uber eats, got my food fast and delivery was great. Upon opening the bag I noticed we didn’t get our peanut butter bar. Oh well it’s only a couple bucks. But then I unwrapped my sandwich to find they didn’t put any meat or cheese on it! So I got some lunch meat and cheese from my fridge and put it on. I took 2 bites and the second one I had to pull a long black hair out of my throat. Eww. The only thing they got right was the soup. I’m disgusted with this place. I know there is good employees there, but you guys really need to find the ones that are being lazy and unsanitary.

I am recovering from surgery and can’t drive. I ordered delivery. After waiting 35 minutes I got an email that they couldn’t deliver my order. No sorry, no reasons. I checked my account and I had been charged. The gem of e and g told me they could deliver an order but would have to charge me again. Very sketchy and poor customer service.

i placed an order on-line and got the email saying it will be delivered at 11:05am and it is 11:42am and still no food. i called at about 11:18am and they said they got hit with to orders for the sametime and it should be there soon. well its still not here as im writing this. i will not order from them anymore. the last time i ordered they forgot something and when i called they said they would have the driver bring them and never showed up. it is 11:45am and the food finally showed up. the driver did apologize for the delay.

Honestly, eating here was a ridiculous let down. On a full length Turkey sub, they include 2 oz of meat and charge $6 for it. The bread really wasn't good quality, the lettuce was frozen, and they barely had any mayo spread on the bread. The empty tables I walked past hadn't been wiped down, yet they weren't busy and barely had any customers so late in the evening. The only reason they kept an extra star was due to the fact that they kept late hours Saturday.

Not happy! Seems like every time i call (late night) i get this woman who is rude and hard to understand. It takes me a while to even order. The last time i called was for two reasons 1. I was extremely hungry and wan something fast. 2. They are open later than jimmy johns. Well i got through and ordered my food with very little difficulty. Received the sandwich in a very reasonable amount of time, but it tasted like i received day old bread. It was hard stale and falling apart. Because i was so hungry i ate the first half but by the second my appetite was gone. I went in in person the next day and gave then back the half i didn't eat explained to them that i wasn't happy and what i thought about the sandwich. They offered me a free sub or comet cash. I was looking more for my money back. They told me to give them my name and number, i did. Freddie was to receive my information and get back to me about options. One week later and i still didn't hear anything. So today i went in asking if i could get the free sub they had offered and they said they couldn't give it to me because Freddie wasnt there, even though they offered it to me the week before. In a nut shell this place is disorganized rude and doesn't seem to care about the customers that well.
