Outback Steakhouse

We stopped for early supper before the Packer game. Food was good but steaks underdone. Wife and I are both Medium-Well people for steaks and both were hardly even Medium. Mine was a little better so just ate it but wife had to send it back. Mushroom appetizer was great. Service could have been a little better but not bad.

Me and the Archway brick and tile crew arrived 11 strong all sitting at the bar. Our bartender (Jenny) was an absolute pleasure to have as a server. She took very good care of us. At the end of our meals we all went back to the hotel well fed, in high spirits, and assured that we would and should come back to the restaurant for another bite or drink. We all did it at some point throughout the week go back and grab another bite. I highly recommend this location.

Came here with a buddy of mine and our waitress wasn’t very kind. I ordered the Bloomin’ Fried Chicken Sandwich with fries (which are supposed to be included for the 12.99 price) and a signature soup added on for 3 dollars. Apparently, despite no indication from the menu or the waitress (Karen) the French Onion soup is a premium dish so it wasn’t actually 3 dollars like the menu said. I questioned Karen about it and she had no idea how to explain why I was charged so much. Eventually she got the manager who was kind enough to give me the correct price for what I had ordered. Overall was very unimpressed by the waitress because she lacked any form of manners, for example just grabbing my water cup without asking me first. Despite the service not being great the food was pretty decent and I enjoyed it.

Ample parking and our service was friendly, fast, personable and very informative with answers to questions asked about the menu and drinks. Bathroom was very clean, and the restuarant had wonderful ambiance. Our meal was exceptional, we ordered 'The surf and turf' with their classic vegetables and of course their bread is just the best! I had the petite signature center cut for my 'turf' and it was cooked to perfection, my margarita was fantastic and my husband really enjoyd his ice cold IPA. It's an hour and a half drive from our home, but it is well worth it. We stop everytime we a going through that area. So well worth it! We wish we had one in Washington county.
