Simple Simon Quality Bakery

We had Simple Simon's cater in donuts for our January wedding and could not have been more happy with the outcome! They made the process easy and decorated the donuts absolutely perfect to match the theme of our wedding. Their setup exceeded my expectations and I was astounded at how incredible it looked! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious the donuts were. They allowed us to mix and match some gourmet donuts with regular, and we were so grateful! I have been using Simple Simon Bakery for Birthday Cakes for Birthday cakes and classroom treats for a few years now. Every time they do an amazing job and exceed my expectations. Employees are friendly and accommodating and the cake decorating is so creative. I am so thankful for the work they do. This mom can't bake or decorate but they make it possible for me to still give those special memories for my kids. Attaching photo of the most recent birthday cake. The instructions we Wild Kratts theme for a 9 yr old girls Birthday. She likes blue and glitter. I am normally a control freak but allowing them to just be creative has been so freeing. It is better than I could have imagined it myself.

We hired Simple Simon to make a 6" cutting cake and cupcakes for our wedding. I'm here to tell you that these folks went above and beyond our expectations! The consult was friendly and informative. She let us know exactly how and when things would happen, which we really liked. We provided some lego candies for the cake and cupcakes, to go along with our theme. We gave Simple Simon's creative freedom to design these items, and we were so excited and overwhelmed when we saw the cakes on our day. Thank you Simple Simon staff! Thanks so much!

Not impressed at all. Customer service was terrible, wanted a big box for donuts, was told I had to ask for one. The ladies stated depends on who you are. The ladies carried on a conversation while I was waiting for my donuts. No acknowledgement of the customer (me). Customer service skills they don't have. Will never patronize this place again. I would give a zero but not one available.

It was my son's birthday so I purchased a cheesecake for his birthday. I have purchased cheesecake from this business in the past. The cheesecakes taste good. On this visit I noticed that the size of the cheesecake had shrunk considerably and the price went up! I know that ingredients cost more these days... I just can't help but feel "fleeced" when I purchase food these days! Don't take your credit card to Simple Simon's as they charge more for credit card transactions, for cash or checks there is no extra charge.

Unreliable. My fiance and I had a consult/cake testing scheduled for over 3 weeks with Dawn and when we showed up for our appointment, Dawn was not there. We waited 30 mins while the other associates tried getting in touch with her and she never showed up or got back to any of us. My fiance and I each drove 1.5 hours round trip for this testing. We are very understanding people and would have been happy to wait if she was just running behind on previous commitments, but we eventually gave up. Now a week later, Dawn never contacted us explaining why she didn’t show, apologize, or try to reschedule. We are super disappointed in our experience.
