Panda Express

Came pretty hungry, got my food and went home. I took a few bites and noticed black specs all over my food. I came back since I only live a few minutes away with my barely touched plate to get a rufund when the employee told me he cant refund me since I touched the plate, that the vegetables were only burnt (which didnt make sense since the specs where on every piece of food not just the veggies) and he can only give me a new plate. I could tell that the food wasnt burnt that the specs are likely from the cooking equipment not being cleaned properly and that this plate shouldve never have been sold in the first place. I asked him if he could guarantee that the next plate wouldnt come back looking the same and he said yes. Got my food back and it had the same stuff all over, just threw the food away and went home.

Best service ever, came here was very distracted with so much in my mind and even though this place is busy with not many staff members a team member Lenny was so very patient and helpful when taking my order. Thank you so very much to all of the team at this particular location! Apple Valley by county road 42! Place was also clean and food is always amazing!

Ungodly slow! The line is always out the door at this location even when there’s plenty of staff. I watched a worker pick up ever piece of chicken one by one as she scooped it on someone’s plate, Who can’t count multiple pieces as they’re scooping?! Good gravy. For a city as busy as Apple valley, you guys need to kick it into gear!
